Services
Team Training workouts are carefully and methodically constructed using the latest strength and conditioning protocols, with safety and effectiveness our top priority. Our workouts are periodized through the month to meet the collective goals of the team, and we offer a variety of workouts to meet many interests and almost any level of fitness.
Our Team Training system offers over 100 workouts per month, from early morning to evening and even weekends. We have more than 20 categories of workouts, enabling thousands of different workout variations. We understand that each workout is a mini exercise prescription; as with medicine, the kind and dose are vital to success.
We offer a variety of options for customizing your workout schedule to meet your personal fitness goals. Good for all sessions, up to 6 workouts per month. Ideal for private training clients and frequent travelers. At Team Fitness, our goal is to train our athletes more often, with more workouts, at a lower cost.
We all know that nutrition is a major component of overall health, fitness, and body composition. At Team Fitness, we take nutrition seriously. After all, how we fuel our bodies dictates how well we respond to exercise. We are certified by Precision Nutrition in nutrition counseling, which includes not just food choices, but also change psychology and lifestyle considerations.
There has been a fair amount of neutral-to-negative mainstream press lately about the validity of taking nutritional supplements, particularly multivitamins/minerals. The main themes are (a) the best way to get all your nutrients is from food; and (b) the supplement industry is huge and unregulated and you can't be sure you're getting what the label says you're getting or whether it's safe.

This is without a doubt, the best trained trainers I have ever experienced. They are highly skilled and educated in exercise physiology, plus provide very positive motivation. I highly recommend that you talk with them and see if they are right for you too.
