I don't even want to give them one star. Not worth any stars. Our place recently sold. That was two maybe three months ago. There is absolutely no reason for me to have to sit and wonder how to get in contact with the new landlord. We have two months of rent just sitting on our countertop right now because we have yet to meet him. I get no responses from the realtor with the issues I've been having. We have a tree growing through our fence, we have no trash cans, and on top of it all the new landlord isn't paying necessity things such as Avista so we have no heat. We have a two year

We had them manage our rental from out of state - the initial rental experience was okay, we worked with Rena Rabe and she was helpful - we had great tenants thankfully so we know the background check was solid at least, but Windermere was never very transparent. However, when we decided to move into our house and needed help with getting our studio rent ready they dropped the ball in the worst way- at this point Rena had left and Chris Bentley took over- he was **awful** to work with, it was MONTHS of dragging their feet, poor communication, no communication and actual lies until finally they

Windermere managed my rental property for a couple years. If I was more experienced with property management companies, I would have fired them within the first month.
I live out of state and was trying to rent out my previous home; a townhouse on the SW Waterfront. I was perplexed that my house was not renting despite dropping the price below rental market value. Finally after 6 months of no interest, I reached out to my neighbors who told me there wasn't even a rental sign in front of the house! I asked Rena Rebe to put up a sign and it was rented within weeks.

What a bunch of absolute clowns.

Seriously this place is the epitome of mediocre guys phoning it in. We rented from them for three-ish years and they were slow in response, defensive when challenged, and half-behinded when they finally got around to it.

That said, their maintenance guy was alright once you got past the utter incompetence of the dudes (Mark and Chris) in the office. (So childish - they would duck phone calls by saying they had another meeting and then you wouldn't hear from them for weeks.)

The final straw was when they sent maintenance guys over early and they were peeking

Windemere Voss Property Management of Portland, OR demonstrated utter incompetence and neglect in the management and oversight of the rental of our home. Among the many problems, Voss did not even note an insufficient rent payment; they simply sent us a statement which essentially said this is your share and this is ours. It took five communications on our part to get the company to do something - that something was pathetic and unprofessional. During a phone call from me, an agent checked their system, acknowledged the shortfall - and then did nothing! Finally, months later, the manager of

Winderemere Voss and Rena are doing a great job managing our unit of 73 small condos. I'm on the HOA Board (who lives in the building) and have regular contact with them. A big step up from our previous property manager. Attentive to our needs, and very good value for the money we pay them. And I would just like to add, there is someone in our building who gave Windermere a one-star review here. I would tend to ignore that review, as there a lot of other issues going on besides being mad at a property manager. Just saying . . .

Pretty much a RED FLAG when as a property owner you are denied access to your building managment contract when you walk into the door. If you like petulance and purposeful misdirection then Richard is your man.

Do not use Windermere Real Estate - Portland North, Voss Property Management. I am a homeowner who utilized them as my property manager when I moved out of state starting in 2010. First off, they claimed to have lost all the "before" photographs that they took of my home that were to be used to determine any damage done by subsequent tenants. Once the tenants vacated, we had no way to prove damage due to the photos being MIA, and we ended up being out $$. We received no apology or accommodation for this from Voss. Secondly, they told me that my tenants had renewed their lease for one

We rented a little over 2 years with Windermer/Voss Property Management and had a great experience.
Things were done in a timely and professional matter the few times we needed it.
We did our part as tenants taking care of it when we lived there, and when we moved out and received a full refund of our deposit.
Very happy with our experience after a bad one before.
Voss made me trust Property Management companies once again.
I would recommend them to any renter looking, or homeowner entrusting someone else t manage their property.

Thank you to this agency for being prompt and courteous with my husband and I - particularly when one of us has a request or maintenance issue, the staff always makes it happen and with a smile no less. I HIGHLY recommend them if you're looking for a nice residence in the Portland area.

They are a really good property management. We've been with them for almost a year. No problems. Very understanding if we have to pay our rent a few days later. Their really good at responding if something is wrong or a maintenance is required. I would definitely want to stay with them for a long time. Keep up the good work!

I am appalled by Windermere Portland, North aka WindermereVoss Property Management. The broker (Julie) who showed me the property made it very clear that she did not want to rent me the apartment because she didn't think I could pay and had no clear grounds for thinking that. She jumped to those conclusions because I am a single mom and also look 15 years younger than I really am. After paying the application fee, everything went through and then she told me that the owner rented it to someone else so too bad. They wouldn't refund the $45 rental application fee, and when I asked to speak

The Windmere staff has been very helpful. They respond quickly to maintenance requests submitted online, in person, or over the phone. We started renting in 2011 under Voss Property Management before they combined forces with Windmere. The Online bill pay system is awesome.
