Of all my medical doctors, dentist and Optometrist, Dr. Travis Thompson and team are the BEST. Always respectful, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Thompson always makes me feel like family when doing my eye exams. Dr. Thompson is very informative with all my diagnoses. I leave his office knowing 100% what's going on. Never a question. Great eye care group. Love them!

Hardin Valley Eye Care is great! I never have problems booking an appointment, and they always get me in as soon as possible. All of the staff is super friendly and they always know the answers to all of my questions. The doctor is great and the eye exams usually pass by pretty quickly. They also have some beautiful frames! Overall great place

I have been seeing Dr. Thompson for several years, and my son has as well. He is very knowledgeable about they eye care I have received. The staff at Hardin Valley Eyecare & Optical care about the people that they serve, and are always willing to answer any questions or concerns. I can't say enough about the staff at Hardin Valley Eye-care. They are all dedicated to helping customers and their needs. They are very friendly and attentive. The providers are caring and take the time to see you without feeling rushed. I felt very comfortable and in good hands at this practice. They listen and let you ask questions, they show compassion for your concerns. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from and staff that are willing to help find what is the right fit.

We have always had a great experience with Hardin Valley Eyecare. Dr Thompson is a great doctor who listens to your concerns and explains everything clearly. He is great with our children as well! We only have good things to say about the practice. Scheduling is easy and we always get a quick response whether its an online inquiry or call in to the office.

Dr. Thompson is amazing! I have been seeing him for several years! I have needed correction since I was a child and several issues with my glasses along the way. He answers all my questions and takes the time to explain in-depth. I have never had any issues with my contact or glasses prescription since I have been under his care. The office staff is polite, friendly and efficient! I love the many different options for name brand frames and the pricing is great! Absolutely recommend Hardin Valley Eyecare.

They are so AMAZING front desk staff and doctor!! Dr. Thompson is so nice and really cares about his patients. He genuinely wants his patients to be happy. He will recommend products (contact lenses) that he specifically uses and believes in! I would recommend him to any and everyone I know!! Not to mention the office is so clean and organized every time i am there. They really do go the extra mile to please their patients!! They also have a good amount of glasses options for everyone. Don't waste your time at any other eye store GO HERE!! I promise you won't regret it.

This is a well-run, tidy, friendly place to get your eye exam and other eyeball-related needs tended to. They do a great job, have a nice selection of contacts and glasses, and don't pressure you to buy a bunch of services or stuff you don't need. I'm glad I found Travis and his team right here on Yelp.

This was my first visit, I'll admit I've had some unfortunate experiences with eyeglass stores before, but these guys were like a breath of fresh air! Very professional, yet friendly and caring. Both the staff are excellent and efficient, Dr. Thompson is very engaging and approachable too. They have some seriously stylish frames to choose from and they were very detailed and patient explaining all my options with both lenses and frames. They even offer a discount for those paying cash. Highly positive encounter.

Dr. Thompson and his staff are friendly, thorough and professional. Several different options were presented to me with pros and cons of each selection regarding my eyesight correction method and the decision was ultimately mine. Hardin Valley Eyecare was even better than I had expected. They were referred to me so I expected great service but I was very happy with how Neal explained everything before he did it and what it meant. I feel like I am very aware of my options and what direction everything is going. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.
