Duran is the man! I called Duran to inspect a newly built condo and even though it was just a year old he took the time to throughly check everything. He was already walking around the building before I even got there! He pointed out minor things I would’ve never even noticed, and gave quick advice and solutions for each. He was very responsive and able to schedule quickly. I also received the inspection report within the same day.
Highly recommend Duran to anybody needing an inspector!

Duran performed a home inspection and TOS well/septic inspection for me. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, personable, efficient and he was spot on. He clearly and concisely explained everything to me and provide very sound answers to all of my questions. I had previously hired several different other highly sought after inspectors, but just was not compelled to hire any of them again as I continued my house hunting. Not so with Duran, he's outstanding and I will continue to hire him for all of my inspection needs. T.W.

Duran did a professional and comprehensive inspection for me. He was incredibly helpful and willing to chat about anything he found and answer any of my questions.
The report was great and the software used was great too. I was able to create a checklist of repairs that would have to be done, make notes, add price estimates, and save it to my computer. Awesome!
