My name is Anna Fletcher. I am the oldest daughter of Jeff Fletcher, the owner of Fletcher Inspections. Finding out after a home purchase that your Septic system is not functioning properly can be a HUGE financial burden. At your inspection, we will inspect both the well and the septic system at the home, we will check water pressure, and will make the proper recommendations when needed. A water quality test is conducted at the site, and is sent into a lab for testing.
Without a radon test there is no way to know if your home has high levels of radon or not. Radon is a radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer over an extended period of time. High levels of radon is no good for your health and that's exactly why you should have us test for radon in your home. There are different types of tests, typically we do short term tests that take just a few days to determine if you have a problem or not.

We contracted Fletcher Inspections to evaluate a home we had made an offer on. Matt Westlund was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and quite honest about areas he would suggest we seek further information from a specialized contractor. He did a remarkably thorough job, did not rush and took time to answer questions and explain things he had found in as much detail as I requested.

Jeff Fletcher and Kyle Burmis performed a Buyers Home Inspection on a condo that I am purchasing. These two gentlemen are fantastic! They were friendly and professional, thorough, and went above and beyond in educating me (first time home owner) about maintenance around the condo.
When I called the office, the administrator said that they were book through next week but took the time to track down and ask Jeff anyway to squeeze me in that same week, and Jeff agreed! I also prepaid for a radon test, which Jeff later told me I did not need since my condo was above another unit, and he refunded that
