I had Pat do an inspection on a home for me recently. He was incredibly thorough and detail oriented. He provided not only a list of findings, but possible suggestion. The report is well laid out and easy read. No useless jargon. Pat answered all of my questions thoughtfully and made sure I felt comfortable with the answers before moving on. IIG is professional and easy to work with! As a first time home buyer, the process was extremely simple and painless. I scheduled online and the response was very fast and communication throughout the whole process was easy. The report was thorough and helpful on what needs to be done now and what can be future projects. Inspector suggested ways to fix the issues myself and what needed professional fixes. Will definitely recommend and use in the future!

The inspection was thorough and covered all books and crannies of the home both inside and out. I was made aware of "fix this now" items versus "this can wait" items so I can prioritize. The inspector was also very informative to me as a woman and didn't talk down to, mansplain, or ask to speak to "the man of the house". I felt equally respected.

IIG performed the buyer's home inspection on an investment property we purchased. Their office staff and field tech were both friendly and knowledgeable. The only caveat to mention is if you are expecting to see thermal images in your inspection report, you should communicate that in advance. Thermal images were not included with our home inspection report. Overall, we are pleased to have worked with them and will recommend them to others based on our good experience.
