Fried cauliflower, the salmon with Israeli cous cous, and mango salad were very good. Good selection of cocktails. Will visit again.

Had an amazing private event in a private room over the holidays. We appreciated the custom printed menu for each guest and everything was perfect including the food, dessert and set up. The manager, Josh, was incredibly helpful and accommodating for my guests. The staff was super friendly; shout out to Jen who was all smiles. We could not have been happier with our choice to go with UpRoot.

Pretty good. Not incredible but not underwhelming either. Food and atmosphere are decent. Fine for a nice dinner out but nothing too exciting. I would say that could do with a menu refresh soon. The menu hasn't changed much since last year.

I love Uproot. The food is amazing; the service superb, and the drinks to die for. Each drink is made with handcrafted ingredients, they make all of their own infusions, and is prepared with care. I have yet to have a bad drink there. The same goes for the food, everything we have ever had there has been amazing. I highly recommend the bourbon wings, French fries (omg!), and any of their pizzas. The steaks are also good - they make them on a wood fired grill which adds a nice flavor to the already great steak. The absolute best part of the restaurant though is the staff. Went to this place on a whim for our regular date night. We ate outside which the weather was absolutely perfect for! Our waiter was the perfect balance of making sure we were okay at the right times and letting us enjoy ourselves. The cocktails here at clearly made with love, you can taste it in every sip! I got the berry smash mule which was delicious and my wife got the cosmo which she said was perfect, both drinks looked beautiful and tasted delightful. Things started to fall off at the appetizers. Food is good.
I’ve ordered their guac 3 times.
The last time it was completely black on the top. It was ready at 5.35 and I picked it up at 6.50 (so only 1 h and 20 minutes later). Same as the other times, but this time it was completely different.
I called to complain. They said it was my fault because I picked it up late.
I make guacamole at home often, it never turns that black in 1 hour.
I told them that I had a picture but they didn’t want to look at it and they didn’t give me a refund or a discount, nothing.
Besides that, the rest of the food I tried was good.

Uproot is really trendy restaurant with modern decor. I love their eclectic menu. I came her on 3 different occasions and would give them 3 different rating for each visit. The first time I would of gave them 5 stars that night I had the Buffalo Cauliflower as my appetizer which was really good! For dinner I had the Prime strip steak with potato onion cakes which was Amazing! It was the dish I had here so far! Definitely get their prime strip steak! For dessert I had their chocolate chip in a skillet which was very good! The second time I came I felt it was 4 stars. That day I had their fried Brussels

Wow! I don't know where to begin. An amazing menu filled with flavorful dishes that won't disappoint. The decor is chic and the staff is attentive. If you are looking for a delicious restaurant in the Warren area, Uproot should definitely be on your radar.
