This has been my optometry office for the past few years. Made an appointment for my annual exam earlier this year for glasses & contacts but had to reschedule. The rescheduling put my appointment out about another 3 weeks but I was okay with it.
I was asked if I had a doctor preference and I replied no.
Today I called to verify my appointment time and was told my appointment was canceled. I received no call, email or text that my appointment was canceled. An appointment I waited an extra 3 weeks for. Very disappointed and will be looking for another optometry office.

Deserves ZERO stars but it makes me choose at least one!
I have been a patient for years and even though it's gotten a little bit harder to get a soon appointment I have waited it out as I have always like this place. But after walking in to my appointment today to find out I have an additional $39 fee for Retinal imagining and that I HAVE to have it done and I HAVE to pay it is ridiculous, had I not waited almost 2 months for this appointment and needed contacts I would have straight walked out of there! I'm disgusted you are forcing an unnecessary test on everyone. I have a low prescription

It was our first time here and we had an overall good experience, even with a fussy four year old. The staff were very friendly, the gentleman who helped us with our frames made some good selections. Dr. Nguyen was also very patient with my daughter and helped through the whole process. Will definitely be returning.

I was running a few minutes late and they were still able to see me and give me a thorough examination and they made me and my son feel very comfortable. I feel they did a very professional job of examining my eyes and addressing my concerns. The lady who fitted us for glasses was also very personable and did not pressure us at all.

Tried for the first time since we moved areas. Asked while making the appt if they didnt have what I wanted if they can order other ones from there supplier(understood was limited to whats available through their systems) was told yes. Arrived for appt and provided both my and wifes separate insurance as we are dual covered. Was told i could only ise mine since i eas primary. Had to explain to them both were valid and i would ise which ever was better suited for the exam frame and lenses. They reluctantly agreed. Then went to the exam and I must say Dr. Nguyen is amazing and wished everthing else

With two locations to pick from I was able to get an appointment very easily. I came in for my yearly eye exam, glasses & contacts.Staff was so sweet, attentive & well organized. Dr. Rogalinski was very understanding with my contact issues & offered many options in order to find the right fit. Their eye-wear selection was amazing. I had a choice of designer brands that were up to date with fashion trends & designs. Definitely the place to go!

Eye doctor was rushing. Took my trial contracts home to try them for a week. Went back, they had me waiting for over an hour--with appointment--then the same doctor just asked my for eye prescription from the previous year and gave me those contracts. Never received my contact prescription. Call to pick up and the receptionist was rude and assumed I was lying about not reviving the prescription. She said she's get the doctor to sign off on it and they'd mail it to me. Nothing. I definitely wouldn't go back nor recommend this place.

I have been going to Eye-Deal Vision for my exams and contacts, but it was time to take my son for his first vision exam. The staff were friendly and welcoming from when we walked in the door. The initial lady who did the first 2 tests explained everything to him and made him very comfortable. Once called back Dr. Nguyen spoke to my son nicely and explained everything she was doing to him. I came in for an eye exam, new contacts, and new glasses. The staff at the reception desk were warm and welcoming. I arrived about fifteen minutes before my appointment and was seen right away by Dr. Nguyen. She was very pleasant, thorough, and efficient. I was in and out of there within about 30 to 45 minutes. Dr. Nguyen sent me home with a trial pair of contacts to see how well they work for me. I did end up ordering the contacts that she recommended and even purchased my glasses from there too. My experience at this business was very good. I'm a satisfied customer!

I went to this place last year and had to wait a while to be seen by the doctor even though I had an appointment. I was willing to give this location another try and went there today. I sat and waited for over 45 minutes only to watch someone who had come in way after me get taken back first. When I said something at the front desk about it, the people didn't apologize or anything, they just said well it will be about another 30 minutes before you are seen. I will not be returning to this location again.

Dr Rogalinski is a no nonsense, straight to the point guy. When we first walked in he didn't even bother to introduce himself. Which would be nice to do when you're seeing a kid. He knew his stuff and answered all my questions. His professional bed side manner may be better suited for adults who are in a hurry to get their appt over with. Not kids. The office overall was good.

Thank you ladies for fixing my glasses. I'm not from Texas, let alone San Antonio, but my glasses were loose and slightly bent. One of the girls in the back came to the Front office after hearing me complain about my glasses and offered to tighten and align the lenses for me. Less than two minutes later, they fit perfectly and I wasn't charged or anything. Great customer service is the best way to gain business and even though I don't live here in San Antonio I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks girls!!!!
