Huge shout out to Wendy at the Kirk. I would just like to say she is always on top of things and requests. I always feel warm and welcome when I come home at the Kirk. Would have to say she is one of the best managers of any apartment I have ever rented from. I hope to keep seeing improvements at the Kirk

I am so impressed with the Manager at the Kirk Apts...Wendy Niblick. She has made an impressive improvements in so many ways and it shows endlessly.I see it each and every time when committing her time and efforts especially with the people who live there and in the property itself. She is definitely an asset to this company.

I absolutely love this one of a kind charmer. The staff at the Kirk is top notch, from Danielle a great boss and the entire team in Maintance (TJ, Matt and Hunter). It’s a great place to work and an even better place to live. Thanks Danielle for your open door policy and compassion; which is a rarity in this business.

I've lived at the Kirk Apts. almost 4 months now. The Assistant Manager, Wendy, makes it feel like family. She is available, helpful, and cares about her Tenants. It's a Historic Building. Tenants gather in the Courtyard and many times Wendy is there, too. I would recommend living at The Kirk.
She also plans gatherings in the lobby that Tenants can attend.

DONT LIVE HERE. Management is horribly rude and very sneaky, they will tell you one thing in person and another though e-mail or their app, extremely crooked, and will add money to you bills out of nowhere. There’s mold on even the remodeled apartments, the ac/heater and dishwasher never worked even after they came to fix it multiple times. The whole place is run down and management aren’t even there 8 times out of 10. Do yourself a favor and find literally anything else.

I love this place. it is nice and quiet, the management and maintenance team are awesome people I have yet to have a bad experience since I've been here. new management has really turned this place around. I highly recommend looking into these apartments I'm so happy to call this place home! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up
