The Willows has been a rather pleasant place to live. Our lease will be up at the end of the month and I can honestly say the experiences we've had in this complex have been (for the most part) positive. Our neighbors are great, very friendly. The office staff seems to genuinely care and have always been understanding with us when life happens and we've had to pay late a handful of times as long as open communication was maintained. We have had a bit of trouble with getting things fixed in a timely manner, but the maintenance staff is also very friendly and their new maintenance guy, Mike, seems
