Itas a really great place to live I have only been here a year and I love how the office people are really nice and awesome and very helpful. The neighborhood is calm my kids can run around everywhere. I want to share my experience with Wilshire Place Apartment, not because of the gift card, but because the Owners and Employee's do deserve to know what me and my husband had and are experiencing in here.

My family movers here in 2018 and we absolutely love it! The management team especially Tiffany and Alix are amazing, they are always available to talk to if needed and willing to help in any situation. 5 stars all day.
The community we live in is friendly and safe for kids, I also have 2 children who live in this community with my grandchildren and it’s great. No complaints from us.

My last apartments were absolutely terrible and truly that has been an amazing experience. Rent is very high, and I wish the gym had a certain few things. For the amount paid in the CAM fee wish they would make a few changes there. Love the area. Management is amazing. I moved here in a complete rush but it has been worth it. For the gym just wish they had a squat rack and 5lbs weights. Have been debating buying my own but it would be such a hassle to move in and out. If we had that I would give this place 5 stars for sure!

I just moved to Utah from Arizona. I have been in my Wilshire Place apartment for 6 months and love it. The location is great, right next to a major corridor that allows quick access to work and amenities. The office staff is great, so friendly. The complex is clean and well maintained. We have lived here for about 7 months and we love it. Management and maintenance are amazing! When we have needed help they are willing to help and answer all questions. Rent is high but worth it. The inside of the apartments are updated and very nice and spacious. Exteriors are kept in great condition. Parking can be bad but the majority of the time it is easy to find parking. They are up front with inspections and give you plenty of time to prepare. They make sure the whole community is included in fun events throughout the year and make it a fun place to live.
