Lived here for over year with no problems. Clean grounds, friendly staff especially Anna who I've worked with for the entire duration of my lease has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are quick with resolutions to problems and I've never had any mysterious charges to my rent. It's the same amount every month without fail. I love these apartments who just came under new management only a few months before I initially moved in. Great job to the staff! Edit: Since getting new internet providers service is horrible if you work from home look elsewhere. Also don't give full 24hrs in advance

I have lived here for a year and a half. I work with Brittany the most. They are helpful and understanding. The office is amazing! As far as the apartments, ours were Clean but definitely used. Knicks in floor and counters. I do wish the floors were all carpeted to help with the upstairs noise. The neighbors we have contact with all smile and say hello. Overall a nice place to live.

I stopped by yesterday with my son. Two employees just stared at us until I asked if they worked there. I started my inquiry and seemed none of them wanted to answer any of my questions. The female just straight walked off to the office uttering nothing as the male looked at her walk off with the look of “I guess I’m doing this???” on his face. He then started answering my questions ( his attitude was NOT welcoming at all) not even a forced smile. He mentioned about the income restriction policy of theirs very sarcastically as if I don’t speak English. Now I’ve been here before and the

We lived at the Timbergate/Emerson Apartments for 2 1/2 yrs. When we first moved in, the apartment reeked of very bad pet odor. No matter what we did to clear up the smell(air fresheners, carpet fresheners, scented candles, plug-ins, mopped and vacuumed daily), nothing helped. I guess we just got used to it. Lol! Even after a year when my eldest son came to visit, he covered his nose and asked, why does it smell like dogs when you don’t own a pet! Our water heater went out more then a few times in the winter and had to wait a day or two before getting fixed, the first time took almost a week

We love the Emerson! We’ve been here since September and every question or issue we’ve had has been quickly resolved with regency. Tony is an amazing maintenance manager that really helps when needed and takes his job seriously. Thanks Tony for the help in the kitchen and throughout our home. So glad we have you guys to count on!

I've been living here for 3 years and love it! Bridgette and all the office staff are always very friendly and helpful. Even when something needs to be fixed Elliott is always very attentive and gets things fixed and squared away in a very timely manner. The pool is always clean and clear of any and all trash. Do your self a favor and move here!

Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else. Got charged outrageous fees after leaving the apartment, one included a "painting fee" when all the damage was there before we moved in. Guarentee they didn't actually paint after we left and they did this same thing to the people before us and will do it again to the new people who moved into our apartment. Also refused to even discuss charges.

We ignored negative reviews and decided to move in anyway because we were desperate. BIGGEST MISTAKE. While living there was fine, when we moved in it was disgusting and covered in dog hair. Our fridge went out and it took them almost a week to get us a new one. We were told we needed to leave a 30 day notice multiple times, so that’s what we did. They ended up charging us $1600 when we moved out for not giving enough a notice, on top of saying we broke our lease early when they leave us a notice saying we were suppose to be out by the first. Not mention still charging us cleaning fees when we
