Don’t rent this place! Their management is really bad except one guy name David! David is very precessional person and talented, and he knows his work and always answers everything you ask about your apartment! I moved out of this place because of woman with negative attitude her name is Michelle Gonzales... she will show you face from day one! I felt like, do you have problems with me living in this apartment? We don’t know each other where did you start with me? If I asked her something she doesn’t know and I will end up getting someone else to help me! I think she’s only there to scam

I've lived here for about 2 months now. The building is always clean. The actual apartment is nice, big and spacious. They're also pet friendly. I am surprised by the quick responses by Michelle to my email anytime I have a question. Her and David are always willing to help even when the office is about to close. They're always working around my schedule and polite/understandable. I also enjoy all the events they host because not a lot of apartment complexes do that.

Don’t rent here unless you love paying fees!! You will pay and pay and pay! These people don’t know the meaning of good customer service. I was being charged for trash valet even though they didn’t provide a trash can…..I had to ask. I was here 2 months paying for direct TV and didn’t have a box. I had to ask for that and didn’t get it when promised. It didn’t have the needed cables or remote, so I used cables I had and they told me they would bring a remote to me that day. I waited and waited but no remote so I left my apartment and noticed a remote sitting outside another door down

I just moved into a 2 bedroom unit at Incline at Anthem and am still get used to all the bells and whistles but so far I love it.
The apartments are well laid out, wonderfully spacious and beautifully designed.
The staff out front are kind, caring and friendly and empathetic. I really feel that they have created a family atmosphere for all the residents. I haven't encountered the maintenance staff yet so can't say anything other than when you see them in passing they are very welcoming.
The neighbors I have encountered are just wonderful. I can tell it's going to be a lot of fun living here

I have lived here since Aug. 3, 2019. I came after I had to sell mine and my husbands house! It was hard losing my husband to a brain tumor! After living in a retirement facility, I felt that I needed to be in a facility with younger people my age! I am 65 and it has been the best move! I did begin to have a few problems in my apt.
