They manage a property that is next to our community. They have allowed the grass to grow up on a vacant parcel that is next to our entrance. We’ve been trying to get them to do a simple task...cut the grass so we can see down the street when turning out of our neighborhood. They have created a safety hazard for everyone in this community and their families. Why any company would want that liability is beyond me. Complete disregard for people’s safety. I’ve contacted a number of different people to no avail. I suppose when someone gets hit pulling out and files a lawsuit, then the grass will

Got the run around for an electrical issue at first because the representative did not know our property name by our address. One lady finally found our account. She helped and forwarded my request. She was very nice.
Our senior property manager was mot much help at all. She told us we’ll have to call other people or an electrician. I thought that was kind of unprofessional and it left me hanging. I’m kind of concerned about what they actually provide help with since that seemed to be an issue for the property management company but I guess they don’t provide much help in anything else but

It took 4 months to find out information. On top of it, I had to go with another agent because the other was out of town 80% of the time, didn't give correct response information, and avoided emails and calls. was getting a completely different response rate and 2 completely different types of outcome response rates! Good Luck
if you have to go through this Realtor Group, I say go with Henry. He is a bit more responsive and seem more experienced than anyone here!
