I have continued to be impressed with Lamacchia Property Management. The app makes processing payments super easy and the customer service has been excellent. Recently, I was locked out of my unit and they were able to get someone over to lock it, while no delay. Compared to other property management companies I have previously worked with in the Boston area, they are by far the best and most responsive.
