CJL Management started in 1992 providing property management services to the FDIC and other banks. In 1996 we expanded by providing real estate services as well. Over the years we grew primarily focused on rentals before expanding into property management. We are a family-friendly business treating each client whether it be tenant or landlord as if they were part of our family.

Looking to rent an apartment have been the most stressful experience. CJL Rentals listed an apartment on Zillow and I contacted the realtor, Cheryl Caruso about it. She replied to me quickly, asked a few preliminary questions and scheduled a viewing. The apartment was exactly as advertised and very clean. Cheryl was very patient with me, she did not rush through the showing and answered all of my questions. A few hours after the showing, Cheryl sent me the link to apply, application was easy and straightforward. There's a $30 fee to apply. Overall, the entire process took 2 days. TWO DAYS!!! No

The team at CJL was extremely knowledgeable when we had questions regarding a rental agreement for our daughter. They spent time explaining all aspects of the lease and made sure all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. CJL also provided prompt and outstanding service when we reached out to them regarding maintenance that was required at our property.

Cheryl was professional and very kind when I asked for a showing of an apartment. She clearly cares about people and wants to help. She was one of the most responsive realtors I have met and made the showing a very enjoyable experience. Carleen took over the property management for our condos a little over a year ago. We have 8 units and owners in an antique property consisting of a house and carriage house. She has been great to work with and fast to respond. When we need something done, she and her staff manage the projects and take all the pressure off of the Trustees. CJL is very proactive which is important with a property like this.
