Phone number listed on Google Places is incorrect and rings through to a busy tone. Correct # is listed on their website.
Once I got through to schedule an appointment there was some confusion regarding my vision insurance. I wasn't in the systems that they tried looking me up on so I asked if "out of state" insurance was a problem as I have BCBS from another state which I'm certain my vision insurance is provided by. In response to that they said "this has never happened" and that my appointment would not be covered by insurance.
Sorta went in a couple of loops in the conversation with things

My visit for vision test and a new pair of glasses was above expectation. The receptionist was very nice, carefully followed guidelines of current pandemic precautions in cleaning and sanitation steps. Dr. Yu was very caring, professional, patiently answered all my questions. I liked the frame and glasses with many extras beyond the insurance coverage. Dr. Yu gave me a very nice price and discount. I will definitely recommend Dr. Yu for vision checks and correctional vision treatment. Thank you Dr. Yu.

I've been going to this place for over 10 years! The office is always very clean and organized. The employees are especially helpful and succinct.
I found it always to be easy to get an appointment. And if I was on time the whole exam process was pretty swift.
I've gotten glasses, soft contacts, and hard contacts here! I've never had a problem with any of the things I've bought. They have a good selection of sunglasses and glasses and I'm impressed by how thoroughly they explained my insurance!
