We were pretty excited when we signed our lease here but we had way too many issues overall. Within the first week our whole living room was flooded from an AC unit failure. Granted they fixed it rather quick and that’s the only reason this isn’t a 1 star review. Our tires were stolen off our car and several others; again not the staffs fault but there is no security or cameras on the premises. They almost had my wheel-less car towed the same day before I could get it taken care of. The icing on the cake was when we moved out they charged us $550 for clearing out the stuff we left behind when

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. Left without hot water for 5 days with no notice of maintenance, all they could offer for this was to shower in the main office that has limited hours. Why am I paying rent to feel like I’m homeless? This is all current, I can’t even begin to mention our flooded apartment, which left mildew in my bedroom carpet. The flooding was another maintenance bunk, it came from the air conditioner in the apartment above us and was left unresolved for WEEKS (WITH MANY CALLS MADE). Wouldn’t be surprised if all of these issues made non-ground level apartments unstable, because

Came in with a few problems with our apartment but they got fixed! Went down and talked to josh and things got fixed right away! Our garbage disposal stopped working and within 4 hours maintenance was up here to fix it. And not to mention the maintenance crew are nice and get the problem fixed fast! Only draw back is rent is a little high, but other than that it’s a great place to live!

I was greeted with a warm smile from D'Laiah when I walked in even though she was not expecting me to arrive. The clubhouse is spectacular and I am excited to utilize the indoor pool. The apartments are very well priced for what you get. It was also nice to see the staff have such a kind behavior towards one another. I am looking forward to my move-in and experience at Plum Tree Apartments.

Imagine paying over a grand every month only to get ignored by the maintenance for almost two weeks when the only two washing machines in the building are broken even after putting in official work orders and calling the office multiple times still no answer we even have a staff member LIVING IN THE SAME BUILDING and they still have done nothing about it not even mentioning the absolutely disgusting and uncared for room they have for the laundry and to top it all off we have requested our closet door be fixed since it’s been stuck open for a month and they won’t send anyone to deal w it ABSOLUTELY

When I first moved it was nice and quiet for maybe a week. Then people moved in and started causing problems! I would constantly contact the office. They would do nothing and are a waste of time. Then the residents above me would fight and stomp around like have some consideration for your neighbors! There is alway someone smoking weed or cigarettes also INSIDE the units! I don’t recommend this place! Not even a last resort.

I was very skeptical about moving into plumtree due to reviews and hearing what people had to say but at the time I had to move plumtree was my only option. Since I've been here it has been wonderful. Close to the schools, my apartment is one of the renovated ones and it's beautiful. I have not had any issues with loud neighbors. It's overall been great. Josh and Metaga in the office are amazing and very helpful. I personally would definetly recommend Plumtree to others.
