I showed up early for my appointment and was immediately uncomfortable when I walked in the door. As soon as I walked in the all white clientele and the technicians all stopped what they were doing and talking about and just stared at me for an uncomfortable 30 seconds before resuming what they were doing. I sit down and the lady checking appointments waited what felt like a substantial amount of time before she uncomfortably asked me what I needed and confirmed my appt in the book.

Called the day before to make an appointment for a gel manicure the following day. The person told me what time to come which was 11:30. I arrived at 11:25 with three woman working and four people in chairs. They were far from being done with any of them. There was no way anyone would have been taking me for at least 15-20 minutes. Don’t suggest on your website that appointments are recommended if you have no intention of keeping to that or taking walk ins just prior to a scheduled appointment. Nail salons are a dime a dozen and people will go back to places that keep to their word. I realize

Literally the best manicure I've ever received. I went in for the first time today and showed the woman helping me a picture of what I wanted. She helped me find the right colors and spent the time making sure the design matched what I asked for. She did a phenomenal job and I am literally obsessed with my new nails! I also got a gel pedicure from a different gal and was happy with the result. Definitely will go back :) everything was clean and the women were all so kind.

I love this nail salon! All the women who work here are so efficient and incredibly sweet. I have tried so many different fancy nail salons in the city, but this is the one I always end up coming back to. They always do any design I ask for and they never make me feel like I’m asking too much. The prices here are also great, especially here in Seattle. Make sure if you book an appointment for nail art, you ask if the girl who does nail art is working that day. She did this design and honestly I’ve never been so impressed, she’s a true artist! I came in with some friends to get manicures and was so excited to finally get a nice manicure as I never do. I wanted to get gel but needed some tips as my nails are fragile and they break. They recommended dip, so I accepted. My nail technician started gluing the tips and filing down my nails. She filed my nails so hard that I started to feel rawness and pain on the skin of the side of my fingers. I thought maybe this is normal so I just kept quiet. I had thought I found my new go to nail salon. People were friendly and the place is very bright, clean and they didn't seem to overbook and had lots of ventilation keeping the doors open and fans on.
Then I had the issues of nails constantly coming off early with my 2 acrylic sets or snapping after they filed my natural nails down to nothing with the Dremel tool. They had recommended dip for my nails and said it would be healthier. I was all for it but $80 dollars later I have a useless manicure. 3 of the extensions came off within 5 days! Then also sat someone right next to me with covid

Absolutely great nail salon. My husband and I scheduled pedicures and acrylic shellac manicures. We were there a total of 1 1/2 hours, received great customer service, and our nails were done perfectly. I have not had nails that were as durable as the ones I got here. We went back for fills and had a great experience as well. Highly recommend.

I'm torn between giving this place 2 or 3 stars. I've been here twice.
For my first appointment I had a Delux Pedicure and full set of acrylics with Shellac added to both, I was charged $117 ($157 after tip) and it went alright. Although for the price of the delux pedicure, it felt rushed and service providers made me feel like it was an inconvenience.
The second visit (about a week and half later) was for a fill and a delux pedicure with Shellac added to both also, for which I was charged $95 ($135 after tip), was a slightly worse experience than the first and took twice as long.

Stopped in for a pedicure- called ahead, my appointment didn't start on time but pedicure was great. The place is very clean and minimalist with calming music and the nail techs are pros. This isn't a buzzy salon, seems more like a locals spot for good, affordable work. They have a steam sterilizer and change pedicure basin liners after each guest.

I come here quite often and typically have a good experience. However my most recent experience was not so great. First of all it took them way too long to service my nails after they did my pedicure. Then the dip powder was extremely far off from the matching nail polish they put on my toes. The woman doing my nails was very kind and tried to help me pick a new dip to put on top of the original one but it left my nails looking very thick/chunky and the purpose of doing the mani/pedi was for both to match. So I left the salon with mismatched nails and for some reason they do not ensure to apply

The best nail salon in Seattle! The girls are so kind and work gently but thorough. They have an excellent range of colors in shellac, dip and regular polish. They provide a shoulder massage with the manicures and a lovely hand mask with hot towels. All pedicures have a hot stone massage and hot towel service as well. They play the most calming spa music. This salon is the only salon where I can truly relax without feeling rushed. I would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality and peaceful relaxation.

Well it's a decent salon. They are clean and do the job you don't somehow get the feeling of being pampered at all.. I might go back to my old salon. Having said that they did do a decent job at waxing and shellac manicure but this place won't make you feel relaxed the massage at my regular salon is better this lasted for about 5 minutes or less.

Got my first ever manicure done here and it was a very pleasant experience! I came in not knowing what to expect and I left with some nice looking nails and fingers. They do a good job on the little details of your fingers that you never knew needed work. The whole process was very relaxing and calming for me.
My girlfriend also got her nails done here and they looked great. She was very pleased with the process and the end result.
Overall, we will both be back! The place is very clean and pricing is not too bad.

I'm super glad I found this place in my neighborhood. I love the atmosphere and how relaxing the salon was. My nail tech did a great job on my pedicure and was very commutative with me. The salon was very clean - they used plastic dividers to respect social distancing rules and used masks/gloves. I also really appreciate how she didn't use a cheese grater for my callus treatment and used a pumice, instead (cheese graters are horrible for your feet. Your foot is not a block of parmesan). Always an excellent service and they do a really great job! I recommend making an appointment to ensure you have a relaxing experience. They never rush through and always take their time making sure your nails look beautiful. I like that they do warm waxing gloves and small neck and shoulder massage. For pedicures they use hot stones which is a nice addition. Clean, respectful, polite, and friendly. They also have punch cards if you decide to become a regular.
Suggestion: I'd like to have the wax gloves left for longer than a minute and little more massage :)

I was in the area w/ time to kill before my flight so looked up a place to fix my chipped nails. The outside was unassuming but the interior was clean and modern. My nail tech was very nice and we had a great chat while she worked her magic on my dry cuticles. They have this lotion glove they put on you instead of the usual heated lotion dish. She did amazing w/ the nail shaping as well the polish application. Reasonable pricing - $15 for my mani.

I called in an appointment 5 days ago for 6:45 today. I arrived early at 6:35 and chose my color. A full 35 mins go by before I was seated!! And even then, one person took of my nail polish and left to see someone else. I waited 10 more minutes, and finally someone started doing my nails at 7:20. Very frustrating especially since I made an appointment and had a flight later that night.
The manicure was below average. They soaked my cuticles in just water, no cuticle oil or anything. When they trimmed my nails, they just brushed the trimmings onto the floor!? I can't imagine that is sanitary

One of the best pedicures I've ever gotten! They really take their time and pay so much attention to make it look perfect. They spend about an hour on my pedicure including a foot scrub massage and hot stones. They take pedicures to the next level and offer water or tea as well!
Highly recommended. There are cheaper places in the area but it's truly work the extra $$.
