Poor nail polish application that took almost two hours, and they ruined a brand-new shirt.
Apparently, I got the inexperienced tech because, after she painted my nails way too thick, and it wouldn't dry properly, the manager had "a more experienced" tech remove and reapply my polish. The second attempt was better but too thin and streaky.
As for my shirt, when it was time for the lotion massage, I was surprised that the tech simply shoved my sleeves up to my elbows without any prompt. She did it so aggressively that it stretched and permanently ruined the cuffs and forearms of my shirt, a shirt

Big fan of this place for pedicures. It's nice to pay/add extra massage time too if you're going with a partner/friend who's getting their nails painted and you're not.

I got gels almost 4 weeks ago (Oct 9 - Nov 3) and they STILL LOOK GREAT! This is the longest I've ever had gels last. I will absolutely be going back!

Love getting my nails done here. Have been going every 2 weeks for over a year. However, I can no longer trust their way of booking. It’s a roll of the dice if the desk staff writes it down correct. If you need a place where you can depend on receiving consistently dependable service, this location isn’t it.
The last 2 times I booked an appointment, the staff “wrote it down wrong in our book”. Once they called letting me know I was “late” to my appointment. My appointment was actually the next day.
Today I got a call that I was “late” for my “1:30 PM” so they canceled it.

I love coming to Apollo Nails. I always leave loving my manicure and/or pedicure. The service is top notch, and they always pay such close attention to every detail. Plus, it's the best leg massage (with pedicure). Definitely recommend coming to Apollo!

I'm writing this review because I'm so impressed with how long my gel manicure has stayed on! In addition to the polish, the nail shape itself is so cute. I was temporarily living in Seattle but I wish I was able to always go to this place.

Ive been a couple times and I think this is my new nail spot - the wait time is minimal with appointments, and they give the most relaxing massages with the manicures & pedicures.
Very clean and relaxing atmosphere inside, and they pay really close attention to detail - I always leave feeling like my nails look perfect :)

I have been to both the Queen Anne and Cap Hill locations of Apollo; my friends and I generally prefer the Queen Anne location because the parking is better, though the service has been comparable at both. I have never had a bad experience here. They don't offer more complex services like dip nails or acrylics, so if that is what you are looking for this is not your place; however, if you're like me and just looking for a pedi and some shellac, I haven't been anywhere better in Seattle. The technicians are very thorough and gentle, and I always come away feeling pampered and relaxed

I love this place! A few months ago was my first time doing my nails here in the US, so I was a little nervous, but the nail technician I got was super friendly and even gave me some advice on which color would suit me best for my shellac manicure. I left super satisfied since she made such a wonderful job! For my second time I scheduled again but with a different person, and I have to say I didn't like her work as much as I did the first one's, so for my next appointment I emailed the staff to ask who was the technician I got for my first appointment and super helpful they went through my appointment

Customer service was great. Place was very clean & beautifully decorated. Shellac pedicure was $64. There is a 5% discount if you pay with cash.

I've been to this Apollo location twice now and have been very impressed both times! I've never felt rushed and have appreciated that they always take their time, are thorough, and pay close attention to detail. My boyfriend had a pedicure done and was grateful that they still took their time on him even thought he wasn't getting his nails painted.
Also love the online booking option. Would highly recommend!

OMG! This place was awesome. They managed to upgrade my manicure from regular to shellac (gel) even though I made a mistake when making my reservation. Suzie and Ann were my nail techs, and they were awesome. Suzie was kind enough to replicate my fav manicure I got YEARS ago in NYC - a super simple but very precise one. Will absolutely be going back and requesting her!!

This is my favorite spot for nails in Seattle, I love that I can easily book online through the app. This spa always felt incredibly clean, but furthermore they responded swiftly to Covid considerations by installing plexi barriers, taking guest temps, and clearly paying extra attention to sanitizing. The shellac brand they use is the least harsh on my nails and soaks off quickly, I often get a solid 2-3 weeks on my manicure without lifting. I go here a lots to get my nails done and I don't usually refer any one specifically since Im cool with whoever available at the time for me. But every freaking time with a nail Tech name MiMi, my day is ruined. She is another level of customer service. She is very rude especially when she wanted you to move your hand at certain angles (and she always moved my hand herself anyways) that easy for her to put on the nail polish, but come on, be nice about it, not freaking giving me attitude and roughly pushed my hand back and forward as I was the one who moved "my own freaking hand"

I couldn't figure out why the nail tech was putting super glue on my toenail...I wasn't hurt but during my pedicure, she added superglue after cutting cuticles/filing. My nail was not cracked or damaged before so I could only assume that it was something the nail tech did. I didn't want to be impolite so I just made a mental note of which toe she put glue on. Well, two weeks later and my $75 pedicure is ruined because the nail was cracked in half horizontally. Half of my nail came off, plus all of the polish popped off with the nail today. Gross. Now I have to wait multiple weeks

One of the worst gel manicures I've received. Part of my pinky wasn't even painted. Cuticles not done properly. Three days later my thumb chipped. Two days after that two more nails chipped. Reached out to Apollo after the first chip and received a response and they asked if Id like to come in to get it fixed which was nice. Tried to schedule a time and never received another response back. Poor communication and customer service on top of it.

Great atmosphere, amazing pedicure and massage. Great spa manicure. Prices are good and the quality was really good. I got mani/pedi done at the same time, they gave me disposable sandals because this was a last minute visit and let me dry my nails at the fan so they aren't smudging. Very good service. Also Covid protocol was good- sanitizer, temp check and they spaced everyone out.

This is the best shellac mani and pedi I've ever gotten! My manis can be difficult with how short my nails are but Kathy was sooo detail oriented and my nails have never looked so good. They also have goodstrict COVID precautions in place. I'll be back!!

The first time I went here was not the best experience but knowing that we all have off days, I decided to give it a second chance. Well, I should have known better. My pedicure looks horrendous. My toes were bleeding multiple times throughout the experience and after the experience. My manicure also started peeling a few days later. I really wanted to like this place as it was only a two minute walk from my place and is such a well-kept facility.

I'm super bummed, guys. I just left the salon.

I've been coming to Apollo for 2 years for shellac manicures. They usually do a phenomenal job: great cuticle cleaning, super friendly and patient, fill the nails all the way to the edges for no gaps without me having to ask.

I love this place. I make a trip for a pedi about every other month in the winter and monthly during the summer. I fine they are all very good, efficient, and I've never had a bad experience nor have I ever left disappointed. Same for Capitol Hill location.
I called today to see about getting an appointment for my pedicure and they didn't have any more appointments available, but no problem....because they take walk-ins too! I got a chair within 10 minutes of walking in. You can also make appointments online. Easy peasy.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done in Seattle. I have had shellac done at other salons and it doesn't last nearly as long as when I go to Apollo. Manicures are an occasional thing for me, so I don't mind that this place is a bit pricier than other salons in the city. The staff are all friendly, and I've never had a feeling of being "talked about" during an appointment like a few other reviewers have said (which always seems more like a paranoid statement than a real life observation anyway, to be honest).

Went to the Capitol Hill location today and had a fantastic experience. Wonderful customer service, clean and neat atmosphere, and the services were wonderful. I will be back - in fact I enjoyed it so much, I bought gift cards for 2 of my friends!
