I just moved to the area a couple days ago and my nails were all messed up from moving and was in need of a manicure. Found this little spot down the street and it was amazing. Beautiful salon with relaxing music and everyone was so friendly and helpful. My nail tech was giving me so many good suggestions for Valentines nails and we ended up with this one right here and I absolutely love it!! This is now my new go to spot! Cant wait to try their pedicure services!

Unfortunately I think the service has gone downhill in the last few years. I used to love coming here and my gel manicures lasted 2+ weeks. The last few times I visited, they last maybe 4-5 days and my cuticles are destroyed :( super bummer as I love the ease of the online appointments and the atmosphere!

Booked a last minute manicure appointment here... this is hands down (pun intended) the BEST manicure I have ever received. I didn't get my Tech's name but she was so detailed, a perfectionist after my own heart. My friend that I went with also agreed this was the best manicure she had received. The salon is very clean and nicely designed. They were quick and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

She did not look while using feet buffer/ dead skin remover, ad the result my toe got hurt, yes it’s only a small scratch but if she looked, that would not have happened. Fingers, good job on painting, very bad cuticles job! Look at my fingers, can you imagine I just gor it done at 6.15pm yesterday, so less than 24 hours. Massage, it’s ok. I dont want to mention it because i know if I want a decent massage I wouldnt go to nail salon. However , dont advertise it on your flyer/ website if you are not going to live up to what you advertise :)

I moved further away from Queen Anne but still find my way back to this salon. The most relaxing atmosphere, sweetest employees and great prices, too! Michelle does my brows better than anyone ever has, and all the ladies are so sweet, detailed and are great with nails! I rave about their service to anyone I know.

This is just the best nail salon I've ever been to. I've been going for over a year and I've never once been disappointed. I get gel manicures and they last longer than any gel mani I've gotten anywhere else. Their attention to detail and cleanliness is unmatched from any other salon I've been to in the area (I've been to two or three others). They play calming music and since they don't have powder/acrylic it's not all dusty and gross. I just love this salon!!

I had been getting gel manicures for years before the pandemic. For years, my real nails never saw the light of day! Sure, my nails broke from time to time, but I never experienced peeling and breakage like this before.
Coming to Ascend the first time, I received what had only bee my second gel manicure since March '00. I've been there for two more gel manicures since then, and noticed that they aren't very patient with gel removal. They don't leave the foil w/ remover on long enough, so in their impatience, they use a NAIL FILE to scrape away the polish. A huge no-no.

I've been getting acrylics for a while now and that made my nails super weak. They would break off whenever I try to grow out my natural nails even with gel on. I went to Ascend for the first time to get my acrylics removed and a gel manicure. It's been 4 days and surprisingly my nails are still intact, they have not been this healthy for a long time. Will definitely come back for the gel manicure!

My friends and I did a couple girls day here and l loved it. Last time I came the nail tech was doing things very strange and after 5 days of shellac mani - my shellac chipped while I was eating pita chips. I reached out to the nail salon and they said to send pictures to their Instagram... it appeared they were going to fix my nails for free.. I even made a appointment to do so. After more talk they said I needed to be more careful and it would cost $40 to fix - I canceled my appointment. I did not do anything harsh with my hands on my free time and not doing anything rough with my hands being

This place is wonderful! Great, peaceful atmosphere. Lily did my pedicure. She’s very gentle and pays attention to the little things. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my color choice. I tried a color out of the norm for me and she did a test for me and when I said I didn’t like it she picked out other options for me that worked perfectly. If you ever want a pedicure I’d highly recommend requesting Lily to do it for you. Next time I’m in town I’m coming back to get a pedicure with Lily.

Very clean and nice interior. Came with my partner and we both got pedis! Glad they took our last minute request over the phone. We were both a little confuSed at the end because they just left and said thank you. Wasn't sure if we should wait for the manicure to dry or just leave, so I ended up slowly putting on my shoes.

I made an appointment for gel removal and regular manicure. They charged me more than the price on the menu. When I asked why, they said my gel needed machine removal, and they charge extra for this. They did not tell me in advance that the price would change, then the woman in the reception took my card (because my manicure was still drying) and used it without telling me the final price. So I saw the final price on the receipt. But the most upsetting part is that the manicure was bad. They did not remove cuticula fully, and polish looks horrible with marks and bubbles.

All around good experience, my first time at Ascend. I had a mani pedi (I like having my feet rubbed in case you were interested).
Very clean, good sanitation practices based on what I saw. Brightly lit with windows all around. All nails are even and clean. Nice buffing and the hot stone massage was good for my feet.
All of the therapists seemed pleasant and chatty when you ask a question. A good break from the routine when you want to treat yourself.
I will make it part of my monthly self-care

I was here two years ago and the experience was good. Then I came here again last week and the technician’s skill was awful. She was trimming and buffing my skin and it hurt a lot which has not recovered yet. The nail started to chip 2 hours after I left the salon so I went back to ask them to remove it and their attitude was really bad. Will never recommend this place to anyone again.

I went for my shellac mani and regular pedi here and the staff were very friendly and the quality of their nail treatment was outstanding. Lily was a fantastic professional and i never thought my cuticles could look so good after just one session. They also practice covid safety measures really well and require you to wear a mask at all times. For nail art (with special designs) you do need to book that in advance. Also they are very popular so don't be late to your appointment!

Lovely afternoon pampering session here! The salon is very clean and they make you wear mask, they do a temperature check before you can get any service as well as hand sanitizer. I got a spa pedicure and it was lovely. The massage chairs are great, there's light calming music in the background but otherwise pretty quiet, and the pedicure I got included a great leg massage. My toes look great and would definitely go back!

Amazing attention to detail. Ambience was very nice and relaxing. Almost like being in a super super fancy spa without unreasonable prices! Best nail salon I’ve been to in Seattle. Easy to find parking as well and the salon is huge with a nice sanitization room visible to customers. Definitely will be coming back
