Got my haircut here recently and it was super nice. I usually like simple so this was a good price at $45. Most places charge you extra for long hair but she doesn't. She's thorough, experienced and efficient. Nice conversation, too. She said the spa is named after a family member, cute! Kind demeanor. Conveniently located, in Capitol Hill. Everything organic.

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff was very kind, I felt taken care of. I am so pleased with my manicure and pedicure, they were both done beautifully. The staff is very professional and excellent at what they do. Thank you so much! They also have SO MANY COLORS to choose from! I even received a gift of jasmine lotion when I paid.

My favorite place to get nails in town! The service is always phenomenal. My nails always turn out great. I've gone to the salon many times now. They have never nicked my cuticles. I've never gotten and in-grown toe nail. The polish always comes out great too. They have a good polish selection. The massages are very good. The staff is nice and they're great professionals. The location and tools are very clean. Highly recommend!

I've been here only once and I don't think I'll be coming back. If you're liking for acrylic extensions don't do it here.
Uneven shaping:
My fist issue is with shaping. As the lady who was doing my nails was shaping my extensions I noticed a lot of them either skewing in one direction or having no proper curve. I showed her where I had an issue and asked her to get the shape I wanted. She could not do it. Every time she kept making it worse. After about 5-6 attempts per nail, I got too tired and stopped asking. I figured I could fix the shape later on my own with a file

I loved coming here with my boyfriend! We both got the regular pedicure during happy hour. We had an appointment beforehand and we were seated promptly. The service was very professional and relaxing and my boyfriend really enjoyed his first professional pedicure. We were able to feel very relaxed and my nail color was painted on perfectly. My feet feels like a baby's bottom. Thank you!

I am not one to leave bad reviews unless it is deemed absolutely necessary. I paid $88 for a shellac mani and pedi. The nail artist did not bring the paint/shellac all the way down to the bottom of my nail, nor did they spend enough time cleaning up my cuticles. The day of the service, my nails already did not look great. The picture added shows what it looks like exactly one week later. I am extremely frustrated that I paid $88 for something that I could have done better myself.

I really hate to do this as the women were so pleasant... the two stars are purely for the one that did my pedicure and my SECOND go at a manicure. Pictures are from walking to my car after the services. I am pretty upset that I spent money on this manicure.. and I'm not trying to be rude or bash anyone I'm just bummed. I don't get polish so I feel like the cuticles themselves or even the shaping should have been focused on! Again, super bummed, the pictures speak for themselves.

First time getting acrylics in several years and I walked away very pleased with my nails and my entire experience here. Within 5 minutes, I was offered complimentary water/wine. As the lady started to place on the acrylics, she made sure I was happy with the length and style before continuing. Every person I interacted with was very kind. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The owner reached out to me, she seems like she really wanted to help me & her business out, but I regretfully denied the services due to the lack of adhering to covid guidelines I experienced while at tri organic. Maybe post pandemic I'd give it another go :)

I was reallyyy looking forward to finding a decently priced nail salon in Cap Hill. Maybe my experience was just a rare occurrence. But I had high hopes. First of all, one of the gals working did not wear her mask when the salon first opened

Came here twice, once with my gf and another time with the boyfriend.
Manicure: We did our nails here w/ the acrylic option and not the shellac - I recommend the shellac because the acrylic didn't stay on for long on your nails. The nail color didn't last long even after the drying AND them putting on the plastic wrap (on your toes) for you when you leave which I don't really like (hence I docked off 1 star).
Pedicure: I came here with the boyfriend and they did an amazing job massaging your legs before doing the nails. You even have a chair with the massage machine on so I recommend

Super friendly, great quality at a good price. I got the “cat eyes” shellac and it turned out so beautiful. Thank you tri organic!
Update: went back for another shellac manicure (my first one lasted perfectly with no issues other than my nails growing out for 3 weeks!!). I brought my mom and she got a pedicure which she loved and she was impressed by the affordable price. I will be coming back to Tri Organic and bringing friends!!
