I've been to Savvy Nails twice now and both experiences were great. I did the $36 mani-pedi both times and I'm usually in and out of there in just under an hour. They set you up in a massage chair while they work on your feet. Use the buttons to make the chair work for you; it really enhances the experience.

I really enjoyed my visit at Savvy nails.
I called asking for someone who specializes in almond nail and was really impressed.
I have a really wide middle nail (super embarrassing) and it's really hard to find a technician who can make my middle still like delicate and feminine.
Elena did an absolutely stellar job and I plan on making another appointment before my trip to Florida next week.

Been going to this place for years now, to get a manicure and, once in a while, a pedicure (when I feel like pampering myself). Unfortunately I have ingrown nails most of the time, and they always take care of it thoroughly. On both hands and feet, my shellac lasts for weeks and if there's ever an issue, I go back and they take care of it. The staff is polite and they make sure to ask you the right questions to get you the results you expect.

Love this place! Best nails ever! I stayed there for 2 years until leaving the old area about 3 months ago and still wish I could go there to get their nails done. As new to the community, this is my first time here and I am very satisfied with my regular gel manicure and pedicure. Everyone is friendly.

I have been a regular for years. It is the best nail salon in Seattle IMO. I felt compelled to write this review because I was in the salon when the person posting here as Orbitzen was getting her nails done. What she claims happened is false. She and her friend even threatened to leave a bad review if they had to pay for the manicure. The staff was very professional, offered ever accommodation possible but they just wanted to not be charged. Their nails were done well. They were just hoping to bully the owner into not charging them.

If i could give this place negative stars I would. The people are very rude and aggressive and act irritated when you aren't happy with a shape or color. I went in hoping to get a certain color and it was a completely different color and they argued with me for half an hour rather than offering to do the right thing by refunding me or fixing it. By far the worst manicure i've ever received along with the worst customer service. One of the ladies even made a comment to my friend saying the color just shows up differently because her skin is darker. Will never be coming back here.

The nail techs here are amazing! I've been going to Professional for 8 years and my nails always come out perfect. Even after moving an hour away, I still go here because I won't trust anyone else with my nails! There are tons of polish types and color options, including mood-changing gel. They always give a nice hand massage, and even gave out free gifts for the holidays last year. Genuinely good people who do amazing work!

I have been going to savvy nails for a couple of years now. I usually just stick to pedicures, shellac manicures, and SNS nails. This time I just felt like a change. The ladies always get my nail shape right (I am usually very particular) and do a great job to ensure I leave happy.
They usually have no problems accommodating walk ins but I always call 30 minutes before I leave the house just to make sure.

I came here on a whim to get a mani-pedi, and I left super impressed! I've been to a lot of salons and I have to say that this was one of my favorite places I've ever been to. It's very student friendly: $50 for a deluxe mani-pedi (shoulder massage, foot massage, hand massage, exfoliation, hot stones on feet and paraffin). This included my shellac manicure too! The place was clean and professional.
I also REALLY appreciated that they make you wear fingerless gloves for gel manicures. Thank you for protecting me from UV light!

Went here for the first time this weekend and I was thoroughly impressed! The salon itself was crowded; however, the main woman at the front did a great job of scheduling everyone in. I got an acrylic fill with shellac and a hot stone pedicure - both came out great! They perform the services pretty quick, but don't skimp on quality while doing so. Prices are decent and they offer student discounts. Would definitely go back!
