Front office is definitely trash & property manager is a joke. If you can move in great. Just keep in mind you'll have the front office staff to deal with for as long as you're living there. They are truly the only reason I won't move here.

Bad service me an my both been out of AC for a week now.They hired 2 new guys that don't know what their doing! Our AC SHOULDVE BEEN FIXED BY.NOW HOW WOULD YOU LIKE IT IF U LIVED WITH OUT AC ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS HOT OUT

I was living for more than 10 years in other localy appartment'pay lots more money and worst set up like room size' and services....i live now for the past 3years at morriss cove at daytona beach florida'and i have faboulose appartment loking over a full wiew of pool side'the services is so eccelent...allways take care any problem so fast and the best part is the lady at office they allways goin out ontheyr way to help anytime i will never leaving a place like this....becouse can find a better place for miles and the best part is frendly around

I wish I could give this place a negative star, very unprofessional staff. Been here for over 2 years and nothing change, its been nothing but bs. They don't work with you in difficult sisituations. I wish they would fire the whole staff and bring in more caring individuals.

Every time I call the front office, no one seems to want to answer the phone. The children are very loud throughout the night and there's a lot of drug dealings that take place. This will be my first and last time living here and I would not recommend them to anyone either.
