We manage residential properties, such as Single-Family homes, Town Homes, and Condominiums in Upper Marlboro and surrounding areas. We believe that in the best interest of our customers, it is best that an owner's property and the management companies serving area are within a 10 mile radius of one another.
Communication - you can get a live person on the phone at any time during business hours and email and text communications for after business hours. Frequent Property Visits - not only do we visit your property at scheduled times annually, we also use other opportunities such as repair evaluations, letting in a contractor, etc to observe, make notations and discover violations that needs to be addressed.

Clients can take advantage of our home remodeling, home repair, and home staging services in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
After 90 days if you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may cancel your contract with no penalty or cancellation fees and we will also refund any management fees that you have paid to that point. 2. We guarantee that if we place a tenant in your property, you will receive at least 12 months of rent.
Care and communication- we promise to care for your home as though it were ours. We will do our best through our tenant screening process to ensure that you get a good tenant who will do the same. We promise to communicate to our customers often and in a timely manner regarding all things pertaining to their property.

I initially signed a one year rental agreement with Mr. Parker's management company, and recently extended the agreement for another year. I appreciate Mr. Parker's professionalism, and quick response time to my texts/emails, and look forward to working with him during the remainder of my term.
