Quality 1 Property Management provides professional, full-service community management services for Homeowner Associations and Condominium Associations in Maryland and the District of Columbia. The mission of Quality 1 is to provide quality property management services to its clients; both internal and external in a prompt, professional, and proactive manner that leads to a positive outcome. We are able to achieve this mission by hiring customer focused, experience and proactive staff. We are licensed in the District of Columbia and are members of the Better Business Bureau and Community Association Institute.
The Board of Directors has taken measures to make assessment payments more convenient for you. Our assessment fee is $48.40 per month. Payments are due on the first of the month. We will continue to work diligently to find innovative ways to improve your community. Thank you for meeting your obligation of paying your assessment fee in a timely manner, as it ensures we are able to meet your financial needs as a community.
Periodically, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) conducts a comprehensive assessment of our patrol boundaries to ensure optimal operations. Over the past nine months, MPD engaged in an evaluation of our boundaries as established in 2012, taking into account current workload, anticipated population growth, economic development, and community needs.
Chelsea Wood Condominium is located in Greenbelt, Maryland just minutes from NASA, University of Maryland, Baltimore/Washington Parkway, I-495/I-95, and Historic Greenbelt. The community is located on over 19 acres of lush mature landscape and offers 280 units comprised of 1 and 2 bedrooms. Living at Chelsea Wood allows you the freedom to go where you want with its METRO bus stop at the entrance to the community.
The Chester Grove Homeowners Association Board of Directors is made up of a nine-member Board of Directors. The Directors, who are volunteers, are not allowed to accept any compensation in their performance as Board members.
The Board is a governing body that serves on behalf of the Chester Grove residents to ensure a better community by making decisions that affect every aspect of community living from lawn maintenance to trash pickup to exterior maintenance and repairs.The Board also establishes the budget and makes capital improvements that preserve the architectural integrity and aesthetics of the property and common elements.

I am glad I did my due diligence and spoke with the owner of this business. I have been working with them for a few months trying to untangle a mess from a previous management company. They are professional and prompt. I appreciate their candor and find it refreshing. The relationship with your management company is a partnership give it time and work to find ways to make it beneficial for your residents.

This company has filed for chapter 11 with their owner Alan Levenstein. He also owns the development company that built those terrible condos . I bet he has a history of exploiting the black community with these fly by night llc's that he props up then chapter 11's his way out of it. Typical 'scamming lawyer' google his name or look on the bizjournal.com for latest chapter 11 bankruptcy filings. what a low life he is.

Be very cautious of using this company! The manager and the accountant are extremely rude, everyone beats around the bush, my grass hasn't been cut once in 3 months, nobody knows the answer to anything. The only respectable and professional person in the office is the receptionist!

Horrible. I understand it takes time to work through issues on the behalf of residents. However, it's unacceptable that after several attempts of reaching the property manager or the property manager's assistant via email, voicemail, posting to the company website after almost a month that no one has even acknowledged my request.

I live in the Prophency Community off Brinkley Road that they suppose to Management & the last 3-4 times it snowed they haven’t sent a Snow Plow to shovel/put salt on the private roads in the community.
A few months ago you’ll took over as management for the property but you want an additional $2 quarterly?

This is THE Worst Property Management Company I’ve ever dealt with. Angel gaslights and acts as if she’s on top of her job, but 12 hours later My emergency issues have NOT been addressed- for the second time in less than 6 months. They don’t answer the phone and cannot give clear guidance on their processes and procedures.

Any Residential and Commercial Companies; looking for a contractor to Manage their Property, Quality 1 Proper Management is not the one. Poor quality of services and lacking of communication skills is only the beginning.
