I currently rent from West and Woodall Property Management. I am absolutely in love with my new place and not only that but everyone that I have came into contact with has been very responsive and great to work with, my move went very smoothly and I had no problems.

I had a great experience with my move-in process at West and Woodall! I've only been here for two weeks, but in my experience so far, they have been very responsive. They have an online portal which makes it really easy to pay my rent and submit maintenance requests.
The space was very clean, repainted and in good shape when I moved in!

I have been renting from Southeast Real Estate for years. When West and Woodall took over, the transition was smooth and the staff was very nice and helpful. When they moved to Hillandale Road I was pleased with the location and the decor / vibe of the place. Everyone there has been very understanding during the pandemic. They also have a nice and positive attitude that I appreciate in any business. You always feel welcome and that you are in good hands. Hats off to Chris and Tyler ( who I have met ) and the friendly receptionists.

Worst rental company in the world. Worst rental experience in the world. Would not fix any of the issues of our house which was falling apart. Would not respond to our emails and calls. Chris Hawkes, our property, was incredibly rude. When we tried to hold him accountable he tried to evict us. We ended up having to break out lease and get lawyers involved. We left our bug ridden, feces filled, non functional house. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I’ve had multiple issues with them and I haven’t stayed in this complex a whole 2 months! First of all we paid a deposit for a 3 bedroom apartment. The “owner” called us a day before move in to tell us that all they had was a 2 bedroom available. So we asked about our rent we OVERPAID and he the “owner” stated they’ll apply it to the next month rent. The following month come and they asked us to pay the whole rent even though we paid EXTRA from the start. Then they told us it would be applied to the August rent. Okay we move in and the apartment

One of the worst run companies I have come across. I am a travel nurse and rented a unit from them for three months. The instance I moved in, communication essentially ceased. I was promised a fully furnished unit and many basic kitchen staples were missing (I didn’t even have an oven mitt). I also have spent the last month trying to get my refundable deposit back. I have sent close to ten emails with no reply. And every time I call, the appropriate person isn’t available. I have finally accepted that I will never see the return of my money. Seriously run the other way.
