*NEW TO THIS PLACE*I was not greeted the first time I went in. Employee just uttered a "uhhhh" and he looked at me. Seemed bothered or uncomfortable. Felt very rushed, had to repeat myself at times. When picking up my glasses, again felt very rushed. Female staff that assisted were friendly but spoke too quickly, again making me feel rushed. I like to get my stuff and go, but don't like feeling I'm being pushed through to check off and to get a check. Will get my script and move on to another place next time. Hope people have better experiences

I’m a BABY when it comes to anything getting close to my eyes.. probably watched too many horror films over the years : ).... but Diana and her staff are awesome!! From the exam to be being fitted for contacts, I was put at ease through the entire process. Whether you’re “normal” or have a weird eye phobia like me, this is the place to go!! You won’t be sorry.

Dr. Gonzalez and her staff are wonderful. Very friendly and attentive.
The wait time was minimum even when I arrived early to my appointment they did their best to get me in as soon as possible.
My eye exam was thorough and did not feel rushed, my options were explained in detail and being a private patient the costs were not exaggerated.
I will certainly recommend Dr. Gonzalez to friends and family.

Frames are too expensive, they advertise free second pair, but when insurance is involved they don’t give you the second pair. Took two weeks to get my pair of glasses. The glasses doesn’t have any warranty on the frame at all. They don’t even give you a cleaning kit with a 900.00 glasses purchase. I mentioned all this information to the attendant and he didn’t care. He said go back to them. Horrible customer service. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Gonzalez & her staff are always so nice & helpful. Even with everything going on with the pandemic, their office is extremely clean & my appointment was fast & smooth. I’ve seen Dr. Gonzalez for over 10 years & she truly is the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez & your staff!!

The doctor was so naturally personal. I was in and out so quickly. The longest part of the process was picking my glasses. I can’t tell you the accommodations Crystal made to try to help me get my glasses same day. My child broke my glasses and I was starting to get headaches and nausea. I’m so glad I took a chance of trying a small business and not a chain. I loved it here!

Discovered this gem by chance. I needed an adjustment to my regular frames and Brittany was able to help me despite me not being a customer. I had recently filled two pairs of eye glasses 3=months prior but was also looking for some Costa prescription frames. Wish I would have found this place sooner. Not only is the customer service here great, but the selection of frames is amazing! If you’re looking for quality and style look no further. Thank you Brittany I’ll be returning.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Front desk girl was a little friendly when we got there. We had to fill out paperwork because my daughter was a new patient. We did all paperwork needed then was called back by one of the staff members. She was very friendly MORE friendly than the whole staff. Dr checked my daughter’s vision dilated her eyes and looked at them 20 mins later and said your eyes are good. No other conversation just follow up in a week. Went to the front desk to check out and get her glasses done. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. No one helped out with looking for a

Dr. Gonzalez is so awesome, she's understanding and thorough, seems to be successful at what she does. I love the variety of glasses there which is why I refuse to go anywhere else even after I've moved farther out. The office looks extremely elite, spotless, and I have a strong feeling they have the latest technology to get vision most suitable for the customer. I love her staff and how helpful and considerate they always are.

Dr. Gonzalez is great! I have an aggressive prescription, and she is the first doctor in many years to ‘dial in’ a great course of care for my eyes. Tests, lenses, and appointments have all been convenient and purposeful. Writing this review because I have had a nagging eye ‘allergy’ and the office managed to squeeze me in the same day for treatment! Very pleased with my experience here at Encino Vision Source!
