Not many exist. Here is the reason why. The City and County Building Inspectors also stop by but they are only looking for code violations and their visits are very brief. Normally these inspectors have on average 20 inspections to do during the course of their day. This doesn't allow for the thorough inspection needed for your biggest investment - Your Home.

Charlie at Your Buckeye Home Inspector conducted an inspection at a home I am currently considering purchasing. He allowed me to walk through the full inspection with him, answering all of my questions and discussing all of his findings. He was thorough and knowledgeable and had very impressive equipment to assist him with identifying issues. His insight allowed me to make an informed decision on my purchase. I would highly recommend his services if you would like an honest inspection of a property you are considering.

I hired this company to inspect a house I was purchasing. He did not inspect as per industry standards. He missed inoperable windows, a broken water line and insect infestation due to improper soffit. When brought to his attention, he said file a claim with the warranty services he offers. Unfortunately this service does not cover the amount of damage we encountered. Worst inspection we have ever had in 30 years and multiple home purchases. I would tell everyone to never use this fraudulent inspector.

Charlie was on site early and very thorough and efficient. He walked me through all aspects of his inspections through every area of our potential home. Its always said that you get what you pay for.. That is not the case when working with Your Buckeye Home Inspector. Charlie's fees are well under what we could have paid for a less experienced inspector, and the results were worth so much more than we paid. We chose to be present for the entire inspection, and Charlie explained every finding in detail and answered the never ending list of questions we had as first time home owners! Friendly and thorough to the T!

Charlie was an amazing inspector. He was extremely thorough and found things that I would have never thought about. He was truly on my side as far as being the buyer and assured me that he would look out for my best interest and he did just that. He took his time and he knew exactly what to look for. We had our inspection over this past weekend. I chose Charlie Hampton because i read some of the google reviews and they all seemed positive. We had a house that we loved and we thought that we were getting a good deal. The house was an investment property so that should of been the first red flag.
