Joshua and his team were very thorough in their inspection process. Upon completion of the process they walked us throughout the house pointing out what they inspected and found. The finalized report was smooth and easy to read with all issues being pointed out along with solutions to the issues. Scheduling and paying for the service was also highly user friendly through their website main desktop page, while trying to do it mobile, I was only able to enter my info but could not schedule.

Josh and his co-worker were very thorough, they even helped us find stuff that no one else noticed and now the sellers of the house are fixing most things for us before the close. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful to explain the stuff to the wife and myself, and that is saying a lot with getting her to understand it all and for me not to having to explain it to her was fantastic.
