Services
Forte Home Inspections is a one stop shop for all of your inspection needs. Structural Components- The structural components including foundation and framing. The floor wall and ceiling structure, the under-floor crawl space, the roof structure and the attic. Exterior- The exterior wall covering, flashing and trim.
When including a termite inspection with your services, Forte Home Inspections will perform a thorough inspection of all wood-destroying insects also known as WDI's. This includes pests such as termites, carpenter bees, carpenter ants, and powder post beetles. If an infestation is detected or suspected, the inspector will then recommend treatment by a qualified pest control specialist.

Ede was very responsive and accommodating. We needed our inspection done quickly and he was able to schedule it for the day we requested. He spent a lot of time ensuring he checked everything and was extremely thorough. He explained everything in detail and was very helpful in guiding us through the process. I’m so happy we hired Ede to do our inspection and will be recommending him to anyone we know buying a home in the future!

If you're looking for a home inspector than look no further - Ed is your guy.
Ed is very thorough in his home inspections and does a great job relaying his findings to the customer. This was especially helpful in our home buying process as we ended up passing on the first house he inspected (due to major issues he found that a previous inspector didn't note whatsoever) and later looked at similar style homes. The two houses we had inspected by Ed were over 100 years old, so knowing those few things to look for specifically after that first inspection gave us more confidence when putting an offer

My husband and I hired Ed for a home and pest inspection. We were easily able to reach him on a Saturday morning and set up our appointment for the following week. This was especially important as we needed to have our home inspection completed within a fairly short time frame. Ed was extremely thorough in his inspection and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time with us on the home walk through, and explained all of the issues he found. We received the inspection report the same day and he even followed up with us to clarify any questions we had. We highly recommend

We contacted Ed about a home inspection less than 24 before when he was supposed to inspect the property he suddenly backs out - endangering our inspection timeline. Extremely unprofessional.
UPDATE: What Forte Inspections lists below is inaccurate. What he neglects to mention is that over Tuesday-Thursday multiple emails were sent back and forth coordinating an inspection for Friday - including a confirmation email sent Wednesday afternoon.

We had Ed inspect our potential home while being under contract. He is fabulous at what he does and is very knowledgeable. He was also willing to work with us when we needed to reschedule. He took the time to explain the items he found during our walk through and gave us some tips what how we could keep things in good working order. His report followed that evening and was straight and to to the point. It included pictures and was very informative. We enjoyed having Ed complete this part of our home buying process!
