I had a very minor case and needed counsel. Even though my case wasnt a fit for their firm, the gentlemen (who I think was actually Mr. Baumgartner) was so helpful on possible directions to proceed. I have known Mr. Baumgartner for over 21 years. His services are AMAZING. He is very direct with the issues at hand. My aunt and uncle were rear ended in the HWY while visiting is us in TX, their vehicle flipped over several times and medical bill exceeded over $200K. Since the insurance only covered up to $100K, they were left with a big debt, and collections calling every day. I am modifying my review because the owner has reached out to contact me and seemed sincere in his efforts. While this is the type of scenario that can't be redone, I don't hold grudges and maybe the woman had an off day. I had hoped to work with this firm when my leg was split open but it didn't work out that way. I am happy the owner cared enough to reach out to me and for that I am fine with modifying the stars previously given. The person answering the phones is the welcome mat to your business. They will either welcome you in, slam the door in your face or give you better directions
