I stopped by today randomly to tour a 2/2 and was greeted with the utmost AMAZING customer service. It was cold and raining and Maria (maybe Marie ) never once looked nor sounded displeased that she had to get out to show me the unit. You get every ounce of your money's worth at this complex. The units are awesome and come with garages. The onsite gym was extremely impressive and the complex was very nice, mature and quiet.
Very clean and organized
I can admit that what you see online is exactly what's represented in person if not better.
On a scale of 1-10...I rate this complex a 15.. Especially

We lived at this facility for 6 months. The office staff is only friendly when you are interested in moving in. After you have moved in they don’t seem to care. Work orders are not responded to…our garage door was broken for 6 weeks, the dryer was broken for 4 weeks we submitted multiple service requests before someone responded and fixed the issue. The security gates are always broken and often left open.

I lived here 4 years and I liked it overall. However, when I moved out, they failed to send me a final bill to my new address which included the last month water bill and carpet cleaning fee. Since The Station at Macarthur failed to send me a final bill to my new address, it was sent to a collections agency for non-payment. I had no knowledge of my final bill so I was not able to pay it on time. Now I have a collections account on my credit report which caused my score to drop over 100 points. I had exceptional credit before this. I paid the bill and I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus but

Wasp infestation in my chimney; was told to sleep with an epipen since they wouldn’t reimburse me for the hotel since I am allergic! Then they wouldn’t even send a maid over to clean up the dead wasps, nor have they removed the nest in the chimney! Pretty much the most incompetent response you can possibly imagine out of the front office!

Appear nice from outside. Inside bare minimum patch jobs. The amenities -you pay more for- are incompetent or out of service 90% of time. Frequent plumbing & A/C problems. Things you notice when it’s too late,unfortunately. It’s not the worst, but overall quality doesn’t match the advertisement. Office staff changes frequently. Hope this helps.

UPDATE: The apartment manager Amanda called me this morning (1 day after I left this review) and made things right. The person who gave us trouble is no longer with the company and I wish I had pushed harder to speak with the manager because she was very kind and down to earth. Thank you Amanda! :)
My husband and I loved living at the Station up until new management took over. At first it seemed as though they were dedicated to up-leveling the complex, but really that just meant painting the doors and updating the chairs by the pool. Once they took over, the main pool was almost always cloudy

I love my apartment at The Station at MacArthur and have been living here for years. It is a great location and I love my neighbors (old and new). The staff in the office always welcomes me and thy always offer to do whatever to answer any questions I have, and they know my name!. Moving here was one of the best moves I ever made, and I don't want to move again!
