My gf and I applied for a place with this business and denied us due to our credit. I asked them what can we do and work it out? And an agent Sara, straight out said it’s a final decision, sorry. We live in Colorado and it’s very expensive here and we got condo here while our credit was below 500. Now our credit have gotten better. We paid our condo on time every month with no misses or late. I will be transferring to frito lay soon and will be making good plenty money.

We were completely screwed over by their property management department, they pretty much stole our entire security deposit. We rented a property from them for 4 years and where going to rent for one more year. They contacted us to see what our intentions were 2 months from the end of our lease and we told them we would like to do another year lease. Two weeks later they contacted us and said the owner has decided to sell and we had 6 weeks to vacate. We followed their rules and policies from the lease, gave our written notice and got the property professionally cleaned and carpets professionally

Cannot recommend this company as a renter. Most reviews here refer to either the realty (property buying/selling) side of the business or the owner experience on the property management side. On the renter side however, this company does not meet expectations. Consistent with many other renter reviews here and elsewhere, it appears as if this company treats tenets as a product and not as a customer. It seems that they consistently go to great lengths to ensure renters do not get security deposits returned. In our experience, despite the lease being met and all move-out requirements adhered to,

The Elevator Ct. property is in an excellent location with great schools. The neighbors are friendly and very kind. the children play nicely and ride bikes together. the pool is a plus to have and the pool cleaning vendor (Remaxx covers the cost) is polite, professional and always on time. The handyman vendor is very thorough when it comes to repairs. The rent amount is a little pricey but it was better than renting an apartment and the community is but nicer than some of the nearby communities. You'r paying for living in a nice area with the best schools in the county.

They are good at what they do. Communication with out of state owners, in my experience could be better. As for day-to-day operations, we are very happy with their service. I was disappointed though, when I asked them to represent us for another property, and they declined because it was a property value ($80K) they do not like to work with.
