Services
The following policies have been established in order to guarantee compliance with the Fair Housing Act and to ensure all prospective applicants are processed equally. A complete application is required from every prospective tenant, over the age of 18, who will be residing in the home. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Main Street Properties specializes in single and multi-family residential property management and commercial property management in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. Every single one of our property managers is a licensed Realtor and a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers dedicated to serving our clients investment needs.
Properties are inspected twice per year during the initial 12-month lease term. After the initial lease term properties are inspected once per year. We do offer additional inspections at a cost of $85/inspection. If there are issues at the property such as late payments, lease violations, etc additional inspections will be completed at no extra cost.
In an effort to provide routine services commonly required in all residential rental properties Main Street Property Management offers a standard Tenant Benefit Package to be included with all lease agreements. The Tenant Benefits Package is required on all Main Street Property Management leases and is charged at an additional $30.00 per month.
Is the disposal making a humming sound and not spinning freely? If you have lived in the home more than a month then it will ultimately be your responsibility to repair the disposal. On most models there is a place for an Allen Wrench in the center on the bottom which will help to free up the disposal.
