Services
Maintain accounting records for each individual member through our accounting software AppFolio. Provide owners with information to set up online payment portal if they desire. Payments made with e-checks are free, those that are processed with a debit/credit card are charged a convenience fee by the merchant processing the payment.

We had a terrible experience with our last property management company.
After 4 years with NFI, we are still so happy with the service, professionalism, and responsiveness. We have never had ANY issues with NFI; everything is managed in a timely way with the utmost respect. We love that everything from paying rent to maintenance requests to payment histories are accessible on a user friendly app, as well. Cannot recommend NFI enough!

We have been working with Chase and he is very professional and easy to work with. The homes he has sent to us have been nice and when we clean paint and or do maintenance or floor replacement the home for the next residents are very nice.

NFI Property Management Team has been so great to work with! It’s nice to feel like my house and property are taken care of while they are being rented. The team is great to answer any questions that I have and give me guidance quickly. They provide speedy communication between the tenants and owners (if necessary), which provides peace of mind for both parties. The level of professionalism and the way they go about handling the properties can’t be beat! I highly recommend this company if you are looking for property management in the Pensacola area.

My home was a rental property of theirs for over 10 years.
In this time we saw a historic flooding event which caused significant damages. They handled all repairs and got my tenant back in ASAP. My home had people on site immediately whereas homeowners straggled behind and could not even get workers. Extensive damages were repaired weeks if not months before others thanks to the swift attention and efforts of my property management.
As an owner, my home was well maintained and all reports from tenant are favorable.
I was kept up to date on any service needs and given thorough annual inspection

I have been renting from Exit for about 1 year now. My experience has been great. I've had to get a new water heater and A/C unit and they were right on top of it. The turn around time for these repairs was excellent. I couldn't have had these repairs done on my own as quickly as they had them done.
