We are a full service Real Estate Company specializing in residential Real Estate and Property Management. While residents want to rent a nice looking home, they often have no interest, time, or knowledge on how to maintain the property. They may agree to landscape maintenance in the rental contract but it can be difficult for a property manager or owner to enforce. The owner can charge the tenant for maintenance or include landscape maintenan.

Shawna Carpenter became a Realtor in 2000 and a Real Estate Broker in 2003 after leaving the teaching profession in Denver, Colorado. She opened up ProGo Realty and Property Management Inc in 2007. She has purchased and managed her own rental properties since 2000. When the market turned downward in 2006, former Military clients were asking her to property manage their current homes.

All Maintenance issues can be submitted through your Tenant Portal. If it is an emergency that requires immediate attention, please call 850-910-4300 extension 2. If this is a life threatening Emergency call 911 immediately. An emergency is anything defined as life-threatening. Some maintenance issues may be uncomfortable and inconvenient but they are not considered to be an emergency.
We offer a full range of real estate services tailored to you as an investor or homeowner. We have an extensive portfolio of single family homes, townhouses and condos in the Pace area. On the buyers side we have experience in new home and existing home sales, as well as experience helping the investor.
Once Owner has moved out, the leasing agent will visit the property and do a walk-through to ensure that it is "rental ready". If there are no safety or maintenance issues your property manager/leasing agent will take pictures to begin marketing the property to find a tenant (if you do not already have one).

Shawna and the ProGo team have managed my property since 2018 and we couldn't be more pleased with their services. We just received our security deposit back after a year of renting with Progo Realty. After reading through an itemized list, me and my roommate, (both military so they knew we would be unable to argue these in person), agree only a few of these charges were warranted. We encourage all future tenants to read the lease in depth as we were charged a substantial amount for "Maintenance Coordination."
Following Hurricane Sally we did our best to clean over 7 bags of debris from the property but after we were unable to find a lawn care service available on short notice for fine tuning the front yard

This company went to the extremes to take whatever money they could after we moved out of our rent house. Currently taking measures to attempt to get our money back. Avoid renting through these people.
Edit: Your passive aggressive responses to everyone who gives a negative review of your company is a true representation of your integrity. We repaired almost all damage done by our dog. The picture you posted of the French doors was repaired almost a year ago. Your pictures and reply are misleading. You pulled those curtains out of the dumpster and we were more than prepared to replace them. You

We have owned a rental home in Milton, FL since 2001 and have had two additional rental homes in two other states. We have used six property managers between the three houses. ProGo Realty is, BY FAR, the best manager we have had. They really do care about our investment home and are taking even better care of it than we would. The communication from their team is detailed and timely. We are so happy with their management that we plan to buy other homes in the area because we know they will be well managed.

I have rented through Progo twice during a 6 yr period (2013-2015 and then 18-19 after moving back to the area) and just recently purchased a home using Georgia as my realtor. Very friendly and very helpful at all times during each rental and even more so with the home buying process. Shawna and Georgia both have been quick to reply when i have left a message. Georgia was the best when it came time for us to buy, she was very informative and didn’t make us feel bad about any questions we had about the process or that we went and looked at one of the homes like 5 times before we made our decision

Owned a home in Milton and used ProGo to manage the property. Amazing response rate, very professional.
One month into using this company, there was a mis communication that was going to cost me close to 400 dollars. Instead of letting that slide, ProGo refunded me the cost of the miscommunication with no questions asked. Not a-lot of companies would do that.
Two years later, my tenant RUINED a bunch of items in my house and when they moved out they left their furniture in the house. ProGo organized all the repairs and the removal of the trash that was left by tenants. Went above and beyond as

I’m so glad my husband and I have decided to rent our house through ProGo Realty! We live out of state and they have done a superb job keeping us notified about everything with our house in great detail through emails, pictures, videos and more and are very fast at responding to any questions we have even though we are in a different time zone. They have also done a great job at always having our house rented which has been a huge relief.

Shawna and her team have been managing a rental property for us for 2 years. We could not be happier with the service! Pro Go has an excellent screening process for new renters and yet keeps properties rented with minimal vacancy. Their attention to detail is impressive and the condition of every part of your property will be documented with extensive photographs at move-in and move-out. Rented a 5 bedroom home in Pace. Shawna was eager to get our deposit and we paid one and a half month's rent, dog deposit and dog fee..around $5k. We were in corporate housing so we had to move in the middle of March. After paying rent and deposit kept getting pushed back in date to get into home. Only expect to get a call back from Shawna if she needs something from you. Overall I will say Chrissy was responsive and Georgia when I needed a fix one time.

As the owner of a 5 bedroom that is managed by ProGo, I could not be happier. The lease is set up in a way to protect the owner and renter. During the course of a lease, there are scheduled drops in at the 3 month and 9 month points (outlined in the lease). This helps as an owner to identify any minor problems with the home that could potentially become major. Not all renters are created equal. Shawna has high expectations when turning over a house to a new renter. Her goal is to provide the new renter a very well prepared and clean house, sometimes that takes time to complete between carpet cleaning
