Services
We run credit reports, eviction searches, and criminal background checks on all prospective tenants. Our Vacancy rate has averaged below 4% for the past 20 years. We have 4 fully qualified professionals that specialize exclusively in property management. We are proud members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
We will process the maintenance request as soon as we receive it, and you can expect to hear back from us within two business days. Please remember, maintenance and costs are pursuant to our maintenance policy and your lease. If you have an emergency (fire, flood, the inability to secure your home, etc.) please call 911 if necessary, then call our emergency maintenance number at 479-7558.
Each prospective tenant must complete an application. RE/MAX then will run a credit report, eviction search, criminal history, verify past rental history, employment and/or income. When the current lease is due to expire, RE/MAX reevaluates the value of the property and negotiates a lease renewal with the tenant.

They don’t communicate at all. They don’t work on behalf of the renter, just the landlord and it’s quite aggravating. I would also so they are unprofessional and really don’t care about the tenants. If you are a landlord, don’t use them. If you are a renter, you will get screwed and discriminated against like I have.
I don’t like to complain, but I’m actually happy you are not renewing my lease. I don’t have to deal with y’all anymore.
After paying on time and having professionals take care of the problems at the house because you won’t, and not ever having a consistent issue

Spoke with Jennifer on the phone today in search of a rental. She has been the most informative & helpful person I've had the pleasure of speaking with during this time. Most rental companies never take the time to explain their policies and Jennifer did. Excellent customer service. Looking forward to renting with this company in the future!

Please think twice before renting from these people.
They have literally stolen our deposit! When they took our money, it was said for undisclosed reasonings! Never said what it was for. We are retired military and would not recommend doing Buisness with such unprofessional people! My wife tried calling for over a month with no call backs! We had to get the BBB involved and military personnel to help us. When we moved in the carpet was tore up and walls were a disgusting! We spent our own money to have someone clean the house!

Here we go again. Sending me a bill I already paid for adding my Son to the lease, family really? Due to the contract we had to pay it which we did 9 months ago. So they did his credit check and added him to the lease, which we got a few weeks later. 2 times since then they sent us letters saying we didn’t pay it. Then why would you do a credit check and add him to the lease. Makes no sense. They means they checked his credit without our permission. Which means to me invasion of my Son’s privacy.
Now this gets better, several days ago I got a form to renew my lease for another year, guess

If there's any way to avoid renting through this particular Remax, do NOT use them! They are absolutely horrible to work with. Terrible customer service skills, they do not keep their word with getting things done in/around the house, along with taking forever to put in the work order when something needs to be done. The only reason I'm giving this place even one star is because I have to in order to write a review. If you can, save yourself the trouble and stress of dealing with them and go with someone else.

My wife and I have rented from Re/Max for over two years and it has been horrible. We have had issues around the house that we have expressed through email and they have gone as far as to ignore them. After our energy bill got to $300 for an old a/c unit, we knew we had to leave. We just bought a house and are trying to break our lease, now they are threatening to make us pay for the rent for the months we are supposed to be here plus a half of the rent for the months. I don't have a problem paying rent for the month's we signed for, but plus a half is ridiculous. I will do anything in my power

We dealt with Remax for about a month on a house... After turning in all the paper work they request plus more... A deposit on the house and $135 for application fees. The realtor let us know we were approved for the house .... Then we waited another whole 2 weeks for her to work some paper work out to come back to and tell us we were declined! They could not prove to us why we were declined because we had everything in the order they wanted! Also blamed our previous management company for reason they declined us which was false information! We did not get any of our $135 back and they basically
