This place is a bunch of thieves. Called for a tow while stuck in the 101. Driver shows up and asks if we had a spare tire and tools. Said yes we had a spare tire and said I don't know where the tools are. The driver walks away and drives off without saying anything. Left us stranded on the freeway not knowing if he was coming back. Finally after an hour called another tow service. Then they charged me $170 for not doing a damm thing and not even communicating why they left. Or that they were not coming back. Worse service ever. Don't use this company.

All I can say is DO NOT COUNT ON THIS COMPANY for any reliable service or communications if you are in an emergency. We thankfully were not!
Called and negotiated a very simply tow. Female on the phone was very unprofessional, after a very confusing discussion we finally agreed to have them come out to relocate a broken down vehicle on the property, Less than 100 feet from spot to spot. Regardless of the task, they agreed to the job, sent us the payment link, payment process was started. Over 45 minutes AFTER the stated arrival time had past we called to get an update, where upon the female

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Undependable and unclear. Quoted me a low price but a couple days later when I checked my credit card - $450! And when I called to ask about the pricing, they kept hanging up on me. I called the number listed on their website (as I did for the tow) and once I would mention the charge on my credit card, they would hang up. Terrible.

So I start by giving them credit for being the only tow service that accepted our ride from Mountain View to San Leandro over Labor Day weekend. The issues, however, were numerous from there. We ended up waiting for about 3 hours for the driver to arrive despite multiple assurances he was only 30-45 minutes away. When the driver arrived there was no room for either myself or my passenger to ride along, even though we told them there would be 2 passengers, so we had to call a Lyft ($50+) to get home. Hate posting bad reviews but sorry this one has to be done. Called to get service for a tire that was super flat. Was told it would be a 40 minute wait no problem. An hour and half later still no show. Called again got a rude woman that said it would be another 20minutes okay! Another 1/2 later still no show. Called to cancel at that point we were over it.
Worst customer service. The only reason they got 2 stars because the initial person we made contact with was pleasant. We were lucky we were close to home how about if you had a stranded mom on the freeway waiting with her child for this tow
