Super fast response. Good and knowledgeable crew and reasonable pricing.
The driver helped to get the car out of the garage, which is on a slope and load it on his flatbed truck.
He was able to take credit cards, which is a huge bonus coz I never carry cash.
Called them at 8:30 am and the guys was at home around 9:am to pick up the car.

These guys stole my car. They towed it illegally and for 1.5 months I didn't know where my car was. Now they are asking for $75 per day plus the "tow" when I called they told me they don't know where my car is. Very rude on the phone. GIVE ME BACK MY CAR. IM A WOMAN.

Thanks for the tow! The driver was very careful loading the car, friendly and safe. My car mechanic also said that he was very helpful unloading the car into the shop, helping push up the driveway. Not everybody does that; thanks for going the extra bit. Will definitely keep you in my phonebook for next time.

So glad I called Loural Towing last night when my son and I were stranded with a puncture in our tire that left us stranded on an exit ramp in Redwood City. They were there within 10 mins of calling them, towed our car to their shop where they patched the tire so we could get home safely. They took great care with my car the entire time and were very professional. We were off after 45 mins after calling them.

I requested roadside service from the fleet management company my employer uses. The battery in our work truck was dead. I provided a few details including bring a replacement battery, where to enter the parking lot and that the truck is parked in a garage so the truck they send can't be too tall so that it fits. I was told the service was assigned to Loural Towing and was given an ETA of 45 minutes. After an hour of waiting, I called Loural Towing to ask when the driver would arrive and I was told he was a few minutes away. Upon arrival, I noticed they sent a big tow truck with a flatbed

I absolutely would not recommend this company at all this is a real review from a real person I have never used this company I'm driving on the highway I'm driving on 101 and wet conditions today is Wednesday I am driving on the highway going the speed limit and the person driving the tow truck belonging to this company was tailgating me at less than 5 ft away from me for multiple multiple miles endangering my life for no apparent reason I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone if they endanger people's lives on the road I can only imagine what they would do to your

I got a flat on a Friday night I had to leave my car there over night. I called AAA and of course the wait time was ridiculous. Looked here found Loural Towing. The driver was out there within 10 minutes of the call and he got me back on the road within 20 minutes. The price was reasonable and it's been the beat towing experience I've ever had.

Shout out to Enrique! A friends car was parked in a tow zone + blocking a driveway. Keys and phone both locked in the car. We saw the Loural Truck driving by and waived them down and Enrique was nice enough to pull over and help us out. Having to call a towing company is always an anxious experience, but would definitely go with these folks just for the ease of mind

Super fast and super professional, and more affordable than other places in the area. Had a flat tire at night, they were there less than 10 minutes later, and in another 10 minutes I was back on the road. The next local place was quoting a 70 minute wait time at 3 times the cost! Hope I won't need roadside assistance again, but if I do these are the folks I'm calling.

Great company!! Highly recommend!! Called Able Towing first with a 3 hour wait and charging me $175, then called Loural Towing, 30 minute wait and only charged me $75!
Enrique the driver was polite and helpful. It's crazy how some tow companies charge. I wonder how they figure out rates? I called another tow company and they were charging $120, all companies were in the same area.

My vehicle broke down this morning at 4:30 am, called my roadside assistance they contact Loural Towing and said it would be 45 minutes. After two and half hours they showed up at my place not where the vehicle is as I walked to work. I informed him that the vehicle is just a few blocks away and they told me they can't do it now and that I need to call it in again. Horrible service!!!

My car died this morning and my roadside coverage sent Loural. The guy was so friendly and professional, he made the whole thing really easy and got the car started again (battery needs replacing, he also provided a quick bit of advice on this). He was communicative and quick, and Loural were happy to tow my car to a slightly further away garage if needed. The whole thing was resolved really quickly.
Compared to the other Bay Area towing company I interacted with, these guys are fantastic. Definitely go with them if you can.

Wow. I am never impressed with towing companies, mostly due to me having needing my car towed in the first place, but also secondly because --wait for it---- they gave me a correct time quote, and even showed up early !!! BUT LORAL not ONLY showed up early twice today (yes TWICE, so imagine my mood already from having multiple car issues), but, were SO patient with me. They are very cheerful, friendly, efficient, early, and by far the most patient!
I hope roadside assistance sends them for me next time (and there is always a next time with me)!

I'm impressed! Left work late tonight and decided to pick up Chinese food for dinner. Unfortunately, when I came out with my food- my car would not start. Called one tow company, they gave me a quote of 45 min only to call me back 40 min later to tell me I was pushed down on priority and it would be a minimum of 1 hour longer. Enough about them.

I popped a tire on an older, bad curb, and did you know cars often don't come with a spare anymore? So my State Farm Insurance says, yes, they will pay to tow my 2013 Volvo in to Five Points Tire, and I luck out and Enrique shows up this morning, handsome as ever, to take my car in for me. Thanks again Enrique for great service!! Don't call anyone else!
