Prospective home buyers depend on the Home Inspector to put home and building criteria into proper perspective so that an informed decision can be made.
Our goal is to provide you with an unbiased opinion of the visible and accessible areas of the house at the time of the inspection. Testing is the only way to know if you and your family are at risk from radon. EPA and the Surgeon General recommend testing all homes, or condos below the third floor, for radon.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jason. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, patient and helpful. He takes A LOT of great photos and puts together a fantastic report which will serve as a quality home reference for years.

My wife and I have used Jason for two homes, both first homes for us actually! The first was a home from 1892, and Jason was fantastic! He was incredibly thorough, explained in plain english every nook & cranny of the home, and repeatedly reminded us that there were 'no dumb questions.' His report was detailed and allowed us to make the best decision. As a historic home, it took a bit longer than maybe a more modern home- but Jason waded through the details with us for the necessary 5+ hours to make sure everything was as seemed in a home of that age and condition.

I would definitely recommend Jason for home inspection, he was completely professional, thorough and detailed. Jason was very paciente and careful throughout the inspection, checking absolutely everything. The final report reflected this same level of detail and thoroughness, documenting all the findings with clear text and numerous photographs. Jason agreed to do the inspection on very short notice and arrived ahead of time. Excellent Job!

Jason was very thorough and punctual. He had arrived early and started the inspection on time. We being first time home buyers, he was very patient and explained everything meticulously. He gave us a tour of the house explaining all the systems and features. Though it was raining heavily, he had inspected the exteriors and the roof very well. The home inspection report was ready in just few hours the same day and was very comprehensive and had lot of photographs explaining the issues.
