Thomas was great! He set my mind at ease right away. In need of a last minute inspection for a refi. I scheduled my inspection within 3 days! He was prompt and very professional. I was very lucky to hire Tom to inspect the house I was interested in. We had to get the house inspected very promptly and, fortunately, Tom had an opening for us within 48 hours, on a Saturday afternoon. We found Tom very knowledgeable (you can't beat 40 years of experience in this business!) He treated the house as if he was the buyer, so he made sure to address every potential issue. Tom also gave us great recommendations on how to make the house more energy efficient. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to. The inspection report arrived within 24 hours.
