In Colorado, disorderly conduct includes making a coarse or offensive utterance in public, or unreasonable noise near private residences. Disorderly conduct of these types is a class 1 petty offense, and penalties include a fine of up to $1,000, up to six months in jail, or both. Increased penalties may apply to second and subsequent convictions.

I have to say Ms. Jansen and her law firm are great. My first time I retained her was in 2007 when I was looking at a Felony charge of POWPO And as a adult I never had a charge. I got the charges dropped and received a apologize from the court due to the charges the Adams county DA brought. She was always available and even returned my calls or emails on the weekends. She would take time away from her family to help of i needed it. I was treated like family. Molly and her team where great. In the 18 yrs I have known here she has always put me a client before her family and would never not answer

Hired molly for domestic violence charges. She was able to get the entire case dismissed and got my life back to normal. I have had the chance to work with Molly Jansen and her staff on a DUI issue of mine. I was unable to afford a lawyer and Molly still took on my case pro-bono and never once allowed my inabilities to pay affect her or the quality work she provided. I would highly recommend hiring Molly Jansen. Molly is extremely intelligent and a bulldog in the courtroom. I found Molly thru AVVO as I had asked a question. I messaged Molly on AVVO and she responded quickly. I called Molly and told her about my case. I was quoted a price and saved for a few months. Thru me saving Molly stayed in contact with me. We did our Contract and she started on my case that next day. A tad over a month my case got dismissed.
