Mold. Mold. Mold. So much, I had a severe respiratory infection like hospital I couldn’t breath when I woke up one morning. Calling my husband home type deal. After asking them multiple times to fix it, THEY KEPT PAINTING OVER IT, it was never fixed. Not to mention maintenance had to change the AC filters. They never showed. Just adding to the issue. She told us they’d bring a de humidifier by to put in the window. It never came. They’re nice for the most part. But the mold was terrible.

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Location is nice due to being on base and maintenance is very well done but that’s it. Apartments are smaller then expected, and you pay even more then locations that are off base that are way larger. Appliances in each apartments are old and seem like they were bought with “Army Standards” in mind. If you’re military then you understand this is another term for they work but just barely enough. Staff is a mixture between helpful and rude. Honestly just depends on the day. They take long handling matters and depending on the severity of an issue then

Best housing for lower enlisted soldiers on Ft Stewart that isn't a 3bd or above home/townhome. For new soldiers, just know that these guys are friendly and helpful, the space is clean and nicer than almost all surrounding housing communities available to you. You're still living on base so you wont keep excess BAH but that's usually the case. You don't pay for electricity, water or trash.
Great location. It's an apartment so(shocker) it's smaller than a house. Finally, army housing is notoriously bad at maintenance calls. Not here! They got on my request almost immediately and fixed a few small

Horrible place to live on post. Management is unprofessional. Charge you way to much to move out when the place is already over priced. Spoke with Kassie in management multiple times about our 30 day notice to move out did everything she told me and my husband to do and it turns out they lied to us. Just all around unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend.
