Services
Residents may have up to 2 pets per apartment, cats or dogs. There is a one-time non-refundable $350.00 pet fee and $15/mo pet rent, per pet charged. We have pet waste stations throughout our community so residents can easily pick up after their pets, and have a dog park on site. Breed restrictions do apply.

Military beware. To begin with the complex is blantanly overpriced. For the pool being closed nearly all summer, the gate not working and the trash piling up on the sidewalk every other week, it's not worth 1,000+ monthly. In my unit there is no ceiling light or fan in the second bedroom. I requested maintence for the sink in the master bath because the water pressure is so low the water barely comes out, still haven't had anybody show up. Neighbors are mostly fine but I did have one incident where my property was vandalized. Not sure if they have security systems installed outside of the office

Tattersall is a wonderful place to live! The staff, especially Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Ellie are AMAZING and are willing to help with ANYTHING!! The maintenance team is also AMAZING! They are very quick, despite how hot it can get outside or how many other work orders they have! Everyone here genuinely cares about their residents, future residents, and how the grounds are looking! Parking is a little limited, but when they are full, it is to be expected! I absolutely love this place!!

I enjoyed living here from Oct. 2020 to March 2021. No bug issues in my building. They were a little pricey for such a boring area, but not too bad. Management and Denise were amazing. I had to move early because of my job. I’m not military and they still helped me move out. I paid the fees and that was it. I would stay here again.

I've been living here since August 2020, and the experience has been great! Maintenance is quick to answer any issues, grounds are kept clean, and staff is friendly. My only complaint is I feel the rent is too high when I renewed my lease. I understand market fluctuations and prices needing to rise, but it is a little high for my liking. Overall, great community.

Great place to live. Grounds are kept clean and the women in the office are very helpful with anything you have questions about or need. All tenants are also very nice and friendly. Also, they are very prompt with maintenance calls. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
