Lemon Grove Care & Rehabilitation is a modern, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, conveniently located on Broadway near the borders of Lemon Grove, Spring Valley, and La Mesa, where the 94 Martin Luther King Jr Freeway crosses over the CA-125 South Bay Freeway. We are also just a few minutes from Sharp Grossmont Hospital and other area hospitals.

I really enjoy my work here at Lemon Grove Care and Rehab. The staff here are an extension of my family. This last year was extremely difficult for many people during the COVID pandemic. I was Privileged to be able to work along side of such devoted staff members. We had many scary events but we were able to face them head on as a team and we survived. I can not thank them enough for the dedication they all have.

Lemon Grove Care and Rehab is one of the best skilled rehabilitation center in the area.
The nursing staff were very nice and friendly. Diana CNA or Miss D as she is famously known for in the facility is well loved by staff and her residents. She was very helpful and went out of her way to help us. Thank you Lemon Grove for all you do!

Came here to pick up belongings from a discharged patient, was outside waiting for an hour. There is no communication, luckily the person I was there to see finally helped me. But this place is run terribly, I called multiple times before showing up, and always got transferred and no one actually talked to me on the phone.

I had a great experience when having to place a relative short term. The hospital informed us of 7 different facilities for stroke recovery, and Brian, who works in Marketing, was so nice and informative that the transition from hospital to post care was stress free. Thank you Brian and Lemon Grove.

This is a RIDICULOUS FACILITY.
The PHOTOS are A LIE, and are MISLEADING.
The staff is TOTALLY is inadequate.
The nursing staff is a HIT or MISS.
THE MAINTENANCE DUDE is TRYING, but, he cant even fix my loose glasses.
He cant fix our water problem.
Our water has been on a "COLD WATER ONLY" SUPER SUPRIZE!
That aint a nice feeling!!!

My love one was recently placed in this facility and I have to say the staff have gone above and beyond for my family. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for amazing care for yourself or a loved one. The facility is very clean. The PT department is great. 5 star's is just not enough when rating the love and care my family received.

Horrible Management disconnected with staff.
In my FATHER'S experience negligence...staff allowed him to fall out of wheelchair in front of Nurses station. Yes they left an amputee unattended after first physical therapy for almost 2 hours in a wheelchair. Staff often unoccupied station as I experienced during my constant visits. Zero accountability. Workers are under qualified, unskilled working under a RN license and direction to perform what little they do.
Only if you are DESPERATE should you leave your loved one here...an if you do visit constantly to pick up the slack in care as did I.

I have had the best experience ever here at Lemon Grove, I've seen problem patience (1) roommate kept asking for my pain meds, said she can't walk, then up she get and walk. The nurses were very professional in handling her and others, i as at Victoris for 2 miserable months, I was able to go home and got an infection. I already had 9 1/2 hr. Surgery had to have a 2nd one, I refused to go back to that place. Lemon Grove is #1 in professional care. Thank you everyone at Lemon Grove.
