In our classes, we inhabit the place where these two cores are one. CORE Flow Yoga & Sport offers classes and private sessions at our home studio in West Brattleboro. Our dynamic, compassionate practice integrates yoga and athletics for people of all ages and abilities.
Services
CORE is a family-friendly studio, offering yoga for students of all ages and abilities. For 6 years we've offered a spectrum of classes - from children's yoga, Slow Flow for beginners, Prenatal and Mama-Baby Yoga, all the way up to high-intensity Core Yoga Fusion and our signature Yoga & Sport workshops, which are custom-designed to enhance athletic training.
We teach a dynamic fusion of heat-building Ashtanga and compassionate, heart-opening Kripalu yoga. In all our classes, we emphasize flow - moving with the breath, building heat, burning away resistance, and easing with strength into deeper focus and flexibility. The inner fire fueled by dynamic yoga is called tapas in Sanskrit.
Sport and exercise are a powerful way to improve mood, boost energy, lower stress, and increase overall physical and mental health. Many people are also drawn to outdoor sports as a way to spend active but quiet time on a wooded trail, a snow-covered mountain, or a river at sunrise.

I want to thank Diana for being so welcoming and encouraging to me in her yoga classes. I am getting so much out of the sessions, even though I'm not up to the same level as the rest of the class. Diana was born to move and shares her fire for movement with others in so many ways. One of her particular talents is her understanding of where the athlete in us meets the yogi in us all.
