Peace is not the absence of chaos or conflict, but rather finding yourself in the midst of that chaos and remaining calm in your heart. A teacher read the quote above in a Yoga class, and it really resonated. Since then, and especially now - a mom of four - I live by these words.

My philosophy is that anyone, no matter what age or ability your are, can learn to use Yoga and Ayurveda to help navigate the currents of daily life with strength and health in your body, peace in your mind, and joy in your heart.I look forward to learning more about you and helping you achieve your strength, optimal health and inner peace with Yoga and Ayurveda!

Most of us don't hang out with those who are consciously evolving. Here, we will bring together a group of like-minded people who have different mind-body challenges but similar goals and values. In this dynamic, supportive and nourishing environment we will reach many lasting breakthroughs in a relatively short period of time.
While I was planning to begin teaching outdoors starting on 07/07, I have to postpone this as I am healing from an injury. There will be a sub teaching my Wednesday classes until I am ready to return. Thank you for your understanding!. I feel really aware doing yoga like this online, in this difficult time, how much trusting your teacher plays a real part in the practice.
Each weekly Ayurveda inspired class is a journey through season-specific breathing exercises, gentle Yoga postures and flows, core strengthening exercises and reflection. All classes are infused with many useful Ayurvedic, philosophical, and therapeutic insights. Vinyasa Flow Yoga aligns each movement with breath and links all postures in a smoothly orchestrated continuous Flow - an empowering and rejuvenating experience.
Ayurveda, often referred to as ancient medicine of the future, is much more than medicine - it is a way of living. It teaches that by making small shifts in our lifestyle choices and in our diets, we will begin to experience massive shifts in our sleep, digestion, energy, emotional health, immunity and more.
Using Ayurvedic wisdom and modern habit science, I will help you map out your first steps toward habit consistency, vibrant health and a fulfilling life. We will dive deeper into your mind-body health challenges and goals. I will ask you powerful questions. You will be able to clarify your goals, and will hear your potential for a health breakthrough, and for a long lasting transformation.
