Radon is a cancer causing radioactive gas that is found in some homes. Your InsideOut home inspector can test for radon in the air, in your home, during a home inspection. Action be taken if the radon level in your home exceeds 4pCi/L. Radon levels less than 4 pCi/L still pose a risk, and in many cases, may be reduced.

Report
Jamie took the time to go through every single detail of the house, wrote a very comprehensive, accurate and detailed report with pictures of everything, as well as remediation steps for things that needed work. Also a lot of good general advice on how to properly take care of the house in the future. On top of that, he spent extra time on the phone several weeks after the inspection when I had follow up questions on some items covered in the report.

Jamie from InsideOut Home Inspections is fantastic! We recently hired him to inspect our new home and he was beyond thorough. As we are 1st time home buyers he took the time to show us everything he was talking about and explained things in a way that we could understand. On top of all of that he emailed us his complete inspection report the same day! We highly recommend his services for your home inspection needs.
