Bob Clark is the owner of Footprint Property Inspections LLC. Currently, he handles and performs all inspections for the company, and has been in business for over 8+ years now. He has over 20+ yrs in the housing industry. As a 3rd generation home builder, he owned and operated a new construction company that framed homes and developed land, building his first spec house at the age of 24.
My Home Inspection Reports are done with state-of-the-art software for the industry, they include photos and descriptions of the listed problems and defects that are found. These reports are not a standard check-off list that a lot of inspectors use that doesn't help you understand the findings of the inspection.

We bought a new house and we’re not very happy with the inspection we got on our fist purchase so I did some googling and found footprint. I loved the fact that it was just a husband and wife company and their prices were great compared to others. The first house we had Bob do he was absolutely fantastic and very thorough. My husband is hard to impress and he was very impressed and thankful that he saved us from another money pit. I was very impressed with how quickly I received a call after requesting an inspection. I am a first-time home buyer, and my schedule is pretty hectic, so I’ve been stressed out by all of the required documentation, requirements, etc...and especially the deadlines! Scheduling was so easy. Bob was super friendly and easy to talk to - he was also very knowledgeable. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders, and it was a very easy process. 10/10 - would recommend!

Bob was very helpful and was willing to work around our tight schedule to complete our home inspection. He was thorough and knowledgeable throughout the process, pointing out and explaining in detail any concerns he found. His report included photos of any areas of concern to illustrate needed repairs that allowed us to negotiate these with the seller. Also we were able to contact Bob with questions following the inspection and he quickly responded providing further help to negotiate concerns. I would certainly recommend Bob if you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable home inspector.

If your purchasing a Home and need an inspector Footprint inspection is the place to call. Bob is very professional he returned our phone call within a few minutes. Set up the Appt. right away. Bob arrived early. He is very courteous. Cautious in finding any detail .He thoroughly goes over the home in and out Top to Bottom. As Bob continued through out the home we had several questions which Bob politely explained in detail. He takes pictures, uses Binoccular's. Inspects thoroughly, he is priced right, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Bob foot print inspection.
